She provided a realistic and accurate indication of valuation and, together with the team, dealt with initial marketing, viewings and negotiations extremely well.

From my sale side, in a small chain that was fraught with issues, Sam managed the relationship between seller and ourselves. Shane provided us with a first class mortgage service, so a big thank you from Martin and I. We love our dream home!

Once an offer was accept6they phoned us every week to keep us updated on what was happening on the buyers side, which was helpful and reassuring, especially as the sale took a little while to go through. I would recommend complete.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
