We put the house on the market with Waterview, priced at the top of their suggested range, and achieved the full asking price in a week.

Got a far better (realistic) valuation compared to all the other local estate agents and followed through with completing the sale at such a price. Following that he answered all questions i had and seemed to genuinely care about my experience for the duration of the move. Cannot recommend enough!

Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. 17th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
