This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

The whole sales team are very attentive, responsive and caring in what they do.<br>Once we had an offer, Kasia was managing the sale completion process for us, who was extremely helpful and persistent throughout.<br>Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell within the Whitton/Hounslow area.

28th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)A great experience with Stamfords. I had an awkward property that was difficult to market, subject to probate, and beset with delays. Through all the ups and downs they never faltered. Communication was excellent, they never broke a promise and finally got it to the finish line - when many other agents would have dropped it as too much hard work. I will always appreciate the care and attention that helped me through the most difficult times.

After every viewing, we received detailed feedback, which we really appreciated.<br><br>We were particularly impressed with how the team personally led all the viewings and made sure that potential buyers were given accurate and helpful information about our home. 7th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.

She is warm, professional, helpful and always communicates in such a kind and reassuring way.<br><br>Every time I have contacted her, she has made me feel listened to and has taken the time to help properly rather than making me feel like just another tenant enquiry. She has been especially lovely recently and has handled everything with patience, care and professionalism.<br><br>It is rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely personable, and Eve is exactly that. We’ve had a few difficult experiences with other managing agents in the past so are delighted with the service we have received.<br><br>They are professional, responsive and, most importantly, they actually listen to their tenants and make you feel looked after. Whenever we’ve had something that needs addressing, they’ve been helpful, approachable and quick to resolve.<br><br>It’s such a relief to have a managing agent who genuinely cares about meeting their tenants’ needs and making the whole renting experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.<br><br>By far the best managing agent we’ve rented through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent!

25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)Good fees offered as just opened. Initially, they listed 10% below the agreed valuation price despite agreed price being on the contract. Claimed they’d discussed the price internally and a miscommunication. Republished at the correct price. Multiple errors in the advert on Rightmove which were raised with the team. Even after months on the market errors (as bad as the number of bathrooms) had not been corrected. Many attempts to drop the agreed valuation asking price by 10% in the first 2 weeks and further after 1 month claiming it should have sold already. Lots of viewings but low ball offers (-20%). After all the listing errors we had real concerns over quality and with a lack of respectable offers we decided to move to another well known agent in the area. No reply or acceptance of our cancellation email so we had to call. Within 2 weeks with the new agent we had an offer accepted with one of their long term clients just below asking price. I can’t recommend devenports based on my experience. They are a new outfit and this comes with teething issues.
