One of the standout qualities of Mr. Hodgson-Coakley was his genuine care for his clients. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions, solving all the remaining problems with restoring the Property and addressing any concerns I had. Mr Hodgson-Coakley went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of efficiently and effectively. He demonstrated a remarkable level of dedication, promptly responding to emails and phone calls, and consistently keeping me updated on anything of relevance. Moreover, Mr. Hodgson-Coakley's expertise with contractors and knowledge of the local market were invaluable. Sam Hall did an excellent job, he was very patient with me and listened to what kind of flat I am looking for and he got in touch as soon as ‘the one’ was available! Super clear and friendly communication, and you get the type of calls from the agent that you actually enjoy, it’s like talking to a friend, listens, advises and cares! Highly recommend! They give of their time to explain the whole of the selling process, listening to our views and needs. They have excellent area knowledge and we felt confident that they would be able to market and talk about our house accurately highlighting the positives of its location. They vetted prospective buyers for their genuine interest, so preventing time wasting and gave advice for offers.

15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We moved into a property in the area and it was a complete shambles. After speaking to George Porter at Chestertons, we were assured it would be fully furnished, but when we arrived, furniture promised in the flat, such as a sofa, was simply not there when we arrived due to previous tenants taking it with them. We were offered a small compensation amount, and when we spoke to Hannah Al-Sayyah Marla and explained it did not simply cover the costs, she threatened to hold the money they offered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Wish I could give a 0 (zero) to this real estate because I have heard your customer having so many issues that I am compelled to write this review. Not reverting and no timely action taken to address the issues. Absolutely zero maintenance and treatment to the tenants is ridiculous. It is high time authorities take action on this real estate.
11th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Salters Residential sold my mums property, when she recently relocated to the West Country. Due to her age, I looked after her property sale - the only input she made was appointing Salters. It was the correct decision. Alan, Hannah and the rest of the team at Salters are the opposite of almost every other estate agent we’ve used; They are absolutely SUPERB. They fly in the face of your stereotypical agents, as they genuinely care. They are extremely professional, always come back to you (when they say they will), they know your house chain inside out and they are completely reliable. Alan even came back to me when he had Covid. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, as they hugely lessen the anxiety and stress of a house move. If you are looking for a genuinely superb, professional and honest estate agent, please get in touch with Alan, or Hannah. ????

19th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)I had advertised my studio to let with another agent for around 4 weeks. Come week 5 I decided to go with move inn estates highly recommended by a good friend. Within 3 weeks not only did they let the property but actually got more rent than I expected to my surprise. I had numerous offers as the lettings Manager Sachin more than delivered on this. Not only was helpful and willing he also made sure he went the extra mile after everything was settled. Thankyou

27th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)LANDLORDS **AVOID-AVOID-AVOID** If I could give a zero rating I would. As a landlord using this company they do nothing to look after their landlords and only take interest in lining their pockets. They ignore any correspondence regarding anything that will effect their fees yet still continue to deduct the monies to them from the rent they collect, despite it not being due or earned to them. if you are a landlord AVOID Dear Chancellors - thank you for your suggestion of e mailing the Directors. The sad thing is that I did that before leaving the review to the very e mail address you have provided. Guess what - no reply. Its a shame you are so quick to give the impression you care on your google reviews rather than reply to your customers and resolve the issue.
