Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

13th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.
19th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have had several problems with repairs to our building causing damage to my flat. Pryce Bravo has mostly ignored my messages and hasn’t actioned anything I’ve requested. We are paying a small fortune for Snellers services and they are not worth it. I’ve escalated to Simon, his manager, however, guess what? No reply.

Everyone at Miles and Bird are genuinely interested in helping their customers. They’ve gone above and beyond with helping us arrange different trades surveys and facilitating an easier transaction. She was brilliant throughout the process, nothing was ever too much trouble and she was always happy to accommodate extra house visits along the way. She was approachable and supportive with any concerns, I cannot recommend her enough!

Helpful at every stage of the process, shared his local knowledge, was always frank about any challenges that we would encounter, and even introduced us to the local community. Couldn’t recommend him and River Homes highly enough.

We had two flats to sell from the family estate which was beleaguered with difficulties such as incorrect land-titles and council details. During the lengthy process Alex Decmar was always a calm guiding light through the storm. He was always contactable and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. My living overseas did not help and there were times when I would have understood if he had given up on us - but he saw it through. I feel forever grateful for his excellent advice throughout. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars I would.

18th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Bartletts gave us an exceptional service. From day one they were doing all they could to find us a buyer and what impressed me the most was their communication. Every week they provided an update and Darren or Kristian accompanied prospective buyers on every occasion and took a detailed history of the property and surrounding area. Once a buyer was found, they helped us negotiate on the property we were buying out of the area! This is not an estate agent, this is a personal service that will get you moved to where you want go. Well done team, an awesome experience.

26th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)STAY AWAY!! I first put my property on rent with foxtons. the manager at the Margot told me as this was the second property I was letting with Foxtons there would be no charges for 6months. This was a tactic to get my business as when the tenant was found they only wanted a 6 month let. I was told the next tenancy the discount would be applied. However, when the time arrived Margot stopped responding and then I was told that the deal was finished and they could not uphold this. As they ( Charlie) found tenants I went to foxtons again, big mistake. The tenants were awful and Foxtons did not help at all. Once Foxtons took over £5k for their fees from the rent they did nothing to help the situation with the tenants. The tenants then tried to place legal action based on misrepresentation of the property that Foxtons advertised. When I alerted Foxtons , Foxtons have tried to put the blame back on myself. I have asked for the managers details 3 time via email but still do not get it. I have request a SAR so awaiting this as Foxtons has said I did not inform them that the roof was not demised the flat ( which I did numerous times). All I have asked Foxtons for was to refund me the fees from now til the end of the tenancy so the tenants can leave ( as this is their preference) but Foxtons refuse. Honestly stay away.

22nd Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I do not think Davenports even deserve a 1 star to be honest. - Terrible communication - Last minute cancellations MULTIPLE times because "the rugby was on" (kick off was at 3pm and viewing was at 10am). The rugby had little to no impact early in the morning. - They then sent a junior who just started who knew nothing about the house or why its for sale. He had 2 months experience. - Tardy and very lacking attitude to their customers. I'm a sales director myself, I would never let my staff run a business like this. Shocking to say the least
