Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

Couldn't have more positive things to say about her - super responsive (even after deal signed), flexible when things changed at the last minute, and bloody lovely to boot, even leaving us a little welcome package when we arrived at our new place (never had that with a rental before!). Would recommend Harpers 100% and would happily use them again next time we are looking.

The level of professionalism, regular updates and personal touch from SallyAnne made selling my property smooth and easy. As this was my first time selling property, SallyAnne made sure I understand all the necessary steps and kept me in the loop with all the updates throughout the whole process. She made me feel at ease and I would absolutely use their services again.
19th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)this is a review about a certain young lady called HARLIE -JADE STEVENS ! i recently had some concerns about my tenancy , i went into the office to speak to a member of staff for reassurance on the matter , this young lady was so helpful , she didn't treat you as a number , she listened , explained the situation in detail , assured me not to be concerned , she gave sound advice . i went away happy with the chat. she is asset to you business .
13th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

We had the most positive experience with Andrew, Naz and their team who were knowledgeable, professional, thorough and genuine. Their customer service is amazing and they made the whole buying and selling process seamless and stress free.

Simon Philp for his spot on valuation and knowledge of the housing market and Jane Marshal for her day to day care and professionalism in keeping everyone updated and informed. 2nd Apr 2025 (25 days ago)Laura showed me several properties this year and found the 1 we now call home! She is professional, knowledgeable and very personable. It is a family run business and so not only are the other folk just as good, the communication between everyone is fab! Alice was our contact when the purchase was agreed and was an excellent mediator between the vendors and us and solrs. Alice went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly and fixed the bumps quickly when they arose. I would give FIC 6 stars if it was possible!

As an independent agency Darren and Kristian offer a tailored service, responsive to the challenges of marketing and selling a property while acting as trusted pilots helping a vendor to navigate a way through the process. They’ve provided us with a first rate service. Where the High Street estate agents seemingly plucked valuations out of the air, we were presented with a thorough analysis of the local market to substantiate their valuation which was realised with the sale. We have particularly appreciated the open and speedy lines of communication, always available to respond to queries and reassure when necessary. Darren and Kristian have been great to work with!

15th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)I honestly do not understand how this company has 5 stars. Our viewings were bunched up with multiple other viewers, they rescheduled and cancelled confirmed viewings we had with no notice or communication and seem to list properties for wildly over what other local (similar) properties are listed and sold for. While one agent we met with was professional and helpful, some of the others were the complete opposite.

He was able to understand the market & key endeavours envisioned for this project. His personalised inventory offering helps curate the buyers the bits they are really behind. On top Alan brings a very positive energy to work, which makes the nerve wrecking buying process more easier than anticipated. Highly recommend Foxton & Alan specially !!
