The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

They always got back to me and provided clear and straightforward advice. I always felt I was in safe hands. In the end, the house sale went through in 9 weeks.

This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

8th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)We sold our apartment in Hanwell through Doyles within a couple of weeks of instructing them, after being listed with another agent for close to 4-months. Doyles provided a realistic valuation on our property, backed by evidence of comparable sales in the area - rather than valuing at an unrealistic price to win our listing. Our experience with Monika and Margaret was excellent - with both being extremely professional and responsive, and really helping to push the sale through the solicitors, to completion. I'd highly recommend Doyles.
4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.

Nick was available to speak anytime, provided excellent and honest feedback after every viewing and made you feel they had your best interest at heart. Once an offer was made and accepted, the purchase process was handled very efficiently and I was kept updated at every step. Overall, a refreshingly satisfactory experience.

She would reply to emails quickly, give follow up calls and even took me to the viewings with the Foxtons car to make sure I wouldn’t miss out and make the most of our available time.
