2nd Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Featherstone Leigh are by far the best estate agent in Teddington. Friendly and helpful staff and were very happy with the viewings they did of our flat. We have rented with them and now sold our house with them. They sent a professional photographer to come and take the photos. There was good communication throughout with a WhatsApp group. We also had good feedback from them to our new estate agent who also said they were a pleasure to deal with. Sell your house or flat with Featherstone Leigh. You won't be disappointed.

His vast knowledge of the business appears second to none with many years experience in this local Teddington/Kingston area I will not hesitate to use him to sell my house within the next months!!

15th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Generated limited number of viewings and did not qualify leads particularly well e.g. our apartment is on the 3rd floor next to a railway line and a number of viewers mentioned they were worried there was no lift and that it was too close to the train lines. First set of photographs of the apartment (when advertisement is most likely to have the biggest impact) were not good - the colours looked washed out). Only 'strategy' to create more viewings was to reduce the asking price by £100k!

1st Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)There is a HUGE difference between using a family business and a chain high street estate agent. I met every single one of the team. They checked in with me daily and sold my property very quickly. I cannot recommend using them enough. I would only use them to sell any future properties that I have. They genuinely care!
3rd Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.
16th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I bought my first home in New Malden through Harrison Jacks and I couldn’t have been happier with the professional and friendly service I received. Jessica, our agent, welcomed us to our first viewing and was very informative about the property, and once we decided to put an offer, we received great support throughout the buying process. It can be very daunting going through the process but with Jessica’s help and recommendations, it was seamless. Communication was always flowing regarding any matter or paperwork, and even when we came across an issue from the developer’s side, Jessica would immediately get onto an email or phone call to get it rectified. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harrison Jacks. I’m now a home owner and I want to say a big thank you for making it happen!

7th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)I recently had the displeasure of working with Robert as a real estate agent, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Throughout the entire purchasing process, Robert exhibited unprofessional behavior, prioritising his personal interests over the needs of the sellers he represented. One of the most concerning aspects of dealing with Robert was his tendency to make empty threats, almost like bluffs, in an attempt to manipulate the situation to his advantage. It became evident that he was more concerned about maximizing his commission than ensuring a fair and transparent transaction for all parties involved. Robert's demeanor was confrontational, selfish, and arrogant. His constant barrage of text messages on WhatsApp was not only unprofessional but also bordering on harassment. He blamed me for the delay in the process, conveniently ignoring the fact that crucial information, such as outstanding funds, necessary works of the property, and safety certificates, were deliberately being withheld by the seller's solicitors. To make matters worse, Robert attempted to shift the responsibility of obtaining the License to Assign onto me, despite it being the seller's obligation. This blatant attempt to pass on costs that were not my responsibility is a clear indication of his unethical and self-serving approach to the real estate business. Not only did Robert fail to uphold basic standards of professionalism by showing up to our first viewing in shorts, but Faith's performance during a subsequent viewing was equally disappointing. Despite being tasked with guiding me through the property, Faith couldn't get a single fact right. It was abundantly clear that she was completely clueless about the property, leaving me feeling frustrated and disillusioned. Overall, my experience with Robert was a complete disappointment. His unprofessionalism, threats, poor attire during the viewings and attempts to manipulate the situation for his benefit made the entire process unbearable. I would strongly advise anyone considering Robert as their real estate agent to think twice and explore other, more reliable and ethical options.

Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. We cannot thank Andrew and Charlane enough..Thank you!!..”highly recommended” “don’t go anywhere else!”

They were brilliant communicators and kept us in the loop the whole way. Very pro active and a refreshingly different approach to many agents. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.

If there would be 0 stars I would rate it 0. Absolute awful from the beggining. At first Steve the agent was really rude and talking to me like I was his mate even though I am his client. Interrupting, not aswering his phone, not aswering his emails unless he needs something from you. The place he showed us was great and the landlord is amazing person so we still decided to take the place. Referancing process was awful as well, we provided everyhing as soon as possible and he fail to send us the comfirmations and the links. He also was late to draw up the contract and took him half a year to send a copy to us!! Not to mention that the inventory pictures or any confirmation is still not sent and it has been more than a year! He claims that he is busy but now he is constantly herassing us regarding the reneval fee with emails and phone calls. He was so eager for us to sign the reneval so he "forgot" to mention about the renewal fee. Nothing on the reneval form states that there is a fee and now he says to check the contact even though we could not even see the copy of the contract for half a year!! How rude. So unprofessional. Please avoid.

Their up front consultation shows their in-depth understanding of the local and national market and the supportive end-to-end service helped drive through the process swiftly. Imagine, I’ve been raving to everyone about how wonderful my estate agent is. Imagine that?! Don’t bother with anyone else, just go here for an honest and highly effective service. This is a special team.
