They kept us updated regularly and followed up on everything until the sale was completed.<br><br>Brook, Richard and Evan were highly professional throughout the entire process. Evan and Richard handled a very complicated issue during the sale with professionalism and expertise, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.<br><br>We bought and sold our house through Barnard and Marcus, and on both occasions their service was excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

20th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Sellers need to read the paperwork carefully. They will try to pressure you to sell at a low price, just so that they can get their commission and be done with the entire process before their marketing period elapses. After this period, the clauses in the paperwork will not allow the property to be shown to potential buyers if this agency had already arranged a viewing with them during their marketing period. Throughout the process, I had a feeling that they were acting on behalf of the buyer, and not the seller. With renting out, this agency wrote to my tenant, who I had found myself, and asked him to move out to one of their other properties!! So that I would have to go through a new contract with them at a higher commission rate.- 29th May 2026 (22 days ago)I had the pleasure of working with Aslam and Jack at Chancellors during our property search in West London, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Aslam was fantastic from start to finish. He went above and beyond to secure us off-market properties, and his response times and follow-ups were consistently prompt and professional. He made us feel genuinely looked after throughout the process. Jack showed us around a property and did a brilliant job. What really stood out was his patience and understanding. When my partner and I were running significantly late due to the tube strikes, he was a complete gentleman and waited for us without any fuss. That kind of consideration for travel hiccups and unforeseen circumstances is rare, and we really appreciated it. While we ultimately went with a property elsewhere on the market, that takes nothing away from the experience we had with this team. Aslam and Jack are a genuine pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a property in West London, these are the people to go to.

Sheetal's hard work ethic really impressed me. Thank you Sheetal for making selling the flat a simple and reasonable process. Sheetal also arranged to have the garage emptied. This was much appreciated because I do not know the area and had no other local contacts to help me

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Kasim, who assisted and supported me throughout the process of terminating my contract early due to personal reasons. There was no time wasting or hiding anything — everything about the flat was explained clearly and exactly as expected. A special thanks to Khotol, who was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, responsive, and made the whole decision-making process so much easier for us. Whenever I had any doubts or questions, she informed me immediately and kept us updated at every step. And not forgetting Jason! He was also fantastic and very supportive throughout the process. Highly recommend Henry Wiltshire to anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy experience.

2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Rent payments are consistently delayed, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. In addition, various charges have been applied without adequate explanation or transparency, leaving me feeling that fees are being imposed arbitrarily. Communication has also been very poor. Emails and queries often go unanswered, and it is difficult to obtain clear information regarding payments, charges, or the management of my property. As a landlord, I expect professionalism, transparency, and timely communication, none of which have been consistently demonstrated. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to other landlords seeking reliable property management services.
