22nd Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.

Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

Always pleasant to deal with, viewings were arranged efficiently and feedback promptly given. Friendly service and a sale achieved!

Sam Hall did an excellent job, he was very patient with me and listened to what kind of flat I am looking for and he got in touch as soon as ‘the one’ was available! Super clear and friendly communication, and you get the type of calls from the agent that you actually enjoy, it’s like talking to a friend, listens, advises and cares! Highly recommend! Thank you, Sam! :)

He supported with our solicitors and also checked in to ensure we knew where we were in the process. Couldn’t recommend Phil more highly, when the time comes we will be selling our place with Marsh and Parsons Barnes.

This house and everyone from Parkgate Estate makes me feel warm, feel comfortable and safe every time when I get home. They are like family members who always help me and all tenants. Everyone from Parkgate and tenants, we respects to each other. Chris, Susannah and their team were all very kind and have fully responsible what they doing. They are Amazing team. I'm really lucky to have this landlord who used Parkgate Estate 's services. Strongly vote Parkgate Estate is NO. 1 the best of the best in UK.

They give of their time to explain the whole of the selling process, listening to our views and needs. They have excellent area knowledge and we felt confident that they would be able to market and talk about our house accurately highlighting the positives of its location. They vetted prospective buyers for their genuine interest, so preventing time wasting and gave advice for offers.

We recently sold our property through Hamptons in Twickenham, achieving completion within 7 weeks of the first viewing. At every stage, they were exceptional. The team found and selected a number of serious viewers for our property and condensed the viewings into a few days to minimise the disruption to our family. They thoroughly vetted each offer and helped us to decide on the best buyer for us, then proactively managed the process right through to completion. The service was faultless and I would highly recommend Hamptons Twickenham to any seller, or indeed buyer.
28th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)Booked-in for a viewing on the 28th March of a 1bd flat in Wandsworth but, when I arrived, the agent said the landlord provided an incorrect address and the flat available for a viewing is a studio and not a 1bd, for the very same price. Completely unprofessional timewasters.

The whole team are very personable and their systems are setup well to keep the seller informed of viewings. When it came to an offer we were quite quickly able to come to an agreement and anticipate a smooth process through to completion. To be recommended.

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????
