Bridget, who handled my inquiry, went above and beyond. Not only did she provide every detail I needed about the property, but she also took the time to ask thoughtful follow-up questions to fully understand our situation. She clearly explained the company’s viewing policies and made sure I felt informed and supported throughout. Relocating across the country is stressful, and property hunting can often feel disheartening, but Leonards, and especially Bridget, has truly stood out. No other agency we’ve contacted has matched this level of care, attention, and professionalism. Huge shoutout to Bridget for her outstanding service - it’s rare to come across someone so attentive, proactive, and genuinely helpful. 13th May 2021 (4 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.

Also really being supportive by actually going to the property on completion day to ensure it is empty and read the meters for me! Over and above service I'd say. Thank you Hunters.

They did all the viewings and as we didn't live in the area went out of their way to visit the property each week for us and even did the meter readings on the day of completion. Definitely would recommend them took all the pressure of us as a family. Thank you to James and your team

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

4th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!
