Being in the market for a while Iv dealt with many estate agents who keep all cards close to their chest and don’t really bother building a relationship with serious buyers. Nari was different he build a good relationship with me as a buyer and at the same time had the sellers interests first. He managed to balance the situation well. A very transparent estate agent no games nothing. Straight up good man. Would highly recommended.

24th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Selling a family home of many years is never easy, but Gary at Remax calmly guided us through the process, aiding us in making many key decisions along the way.
Gary's appraisal of our property was spot on. The excellent photo set, virtual tour and drone footage primed the market successfully for a rapid sale.
With Gary conducting all the viewings, we felt unburdened, but nevertheless very well informed about potential buyers: when the offers came in this factor really came to the fore.
We would highly recommend Gary and the team at Remax.

She also explained market conditions and kept me up to date with all the relevant information. I very much appreciated all her hard work, be it in the daytime or evening.

They changed my property price daily without my permission.
They lower price to less than what i pay for it,
Then they put the price 10 times higher than what I pay for it.
This is bulling tactic

26th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Sadly I tried to rent a flat from this company and the communication was SO poor. It’s a shame as they seem to have some of the best flats available to rent in Aberdeen. Especially in Rosemount area, but I would not recommend trying to rent or being a landlord with them as it takes absolutely ages for anything to happen.
Even viewings would be scheduled for 2 weeks away, even for properties not in demand.
They cancelled a viewing for 3pm at 2.30pm, and called to say the agent is off sick today. Why not call me in the morning? Then no one showed up to the rescheduled viewing time.
I called the office at least 10 times per day for a few days, never answered.
I emailed many times and I even went in person to ask what was happening with the flat I had been “accepted” to but never heard from them again.
I’ve enquiries by enquiry forms on letting websites (Right Move and Zoopla) and never heard back from them. I tried to phone but no one answers. It doesn’t seem they want to rent any flats out? Their average time a property is up on Zoopla is much higher than other agencies, by around double — I can see why! (Zoopla gives this information on their agency page)
It seems like there is only one woman who works there - she is very lovely and I had a pleasant viewing with her. Not sure of her name, blonde lady maybe 40+.

The property was marketed appropriately and shared with the most appropriate network of investors, creating substantially more interest that we had before. The property sold fairly quickly.
