3rd May 2026 (5 mo. ago)Hannells have been highly efficient and shown that their experience was been instrumental in pitching the price at the right level. The property sold within days and very close to the asking price/market evaluation.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
