28th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling ‘service’. Called FIVE times about a flat to rent in Shoteditch and they never called back. Last time I called the man was shouting down the phone. If you’re a landlord don’t list with them bc they don’t bother following up on tenants. Shoddy and unprofessional

Communication was clear, prompt, and very professional throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly cooperative and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. When I arrived, the property was spotless, well-organised, and truly ready to move into, which made a great first impression. It was clear that they take pride in maintaining high standards. A special mention goes to Nina, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly friendly, the nicest agent I have ever met and made me feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. Her warm and approachable manner made the whole experience even better. What stood out the most was their follow-up after I had moved in they took the time to check that everything was going well and that I was comfortable, which showed genuine care and commitment to their clients. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and thoughtful property service.

18th Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
