Franklyn James management is terrible! Highly not recommended ! They just disappear when we need help! Dovile and Fiona did't reply to our messages when our boiler stopped working this winter - they didn't reply when our neighbor complained about having water dropping from their ceiling - They prevent other services (repair and inspection contractors) to do their work properly by providing them with incomplete set of keys. Having searched the area for a 2 bedroom flat with other agents, we came across Peach, just at the top of Bricklane. Sam kindly booked us in, to see a number of places which matched our criteria. Not only did Sam listen, but he was very pro active with his approach and throughout our search. What we found different about Sam, is that he was an expert on the area, he knew his stuff...yet didn't come across 'Agent'y' if that makes sense. Found a lovely Place with a terrace, within our budget, and we are loving it! Thanks very much! Great service.

Let a property to me knowing that that pipes were leaking in the flat and that renovations were due to happen during the tenancy but failed to mention the extent of those repairs. They were never in the office when needed and as things went sour with the landlord (who was also absentee) due to the issues around their contractors and the landlords insurance problems, they were unavailable. Worst 6 months of my life was spent in a flat let by this crew.

For range and properties Morgan Randall has it all and if your lucky you will have the best letting agent on the firm Nathan Dicarlo Wilson who listens to your list of requirements and sources properties you want not just his stock list like foxtons and so many others we tried but just didnt listen. By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for. But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open! I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.

he experience with Hasting has been terrible. After letting the flat, is like dealing with ghosts: no answer to any of the emails, excuses over excuses when called on the phone, and no real interest in their tenants except the rent. Every query asked is always unanswered, seems like the emails go straight to the bin. At the end of our tenancy, the check out company used was different. When we left, they first carried out cleaning of the flat and then provided with the check out report, which obviously stated that cleaning was required and was due on us. They have the highest fees in the market, even more than Foxtons, and will try to get as much money as possible for you. Please never rent or engage in any kind of commercial relationship with these people
