Rented a flat from the Walthamstow branch. A week after moving in, we reported a number of problems to both the branch and their maintenance team. One of the bigger problems being loose live wires hanging from the walls. After three months of phoning them at least 4 times a week, still nothing has been done. Every time I call their maintenance department, I am told someone else is dealing with our problems and will phone me back later that day. Not once have I ever received a call back.
Last week the electrics exploded in the flat, temporarily blinding my flatmate and leaving our living room in a mess. 4 days later and still nothing has been done.
We also discovered that for the past 3 months we have been stuck on the peak day economy 7 rate because the landlord has done a cowboy job on the electrics.
I'd advise everyone to steer clear of Haart at all costs, it will cause you nothing but problems and you'll never feel truly at home. It's worth checking their Facebook page too, plenty of other dissatisfied customers.
I am a Sales Agent myself and recently came to use Drivers & Norris after my own company (myself included) - one of the bigger London brands - and my co-owner's company (another big London brand), could not generate any interest of note on our property in Holloway.
After nearly 3 months of nothing, we switched to Drivers & Norris, noticing that they had similar 1 beds in N7 to ours for sale.
They filled the property full of viewings in the first ten days and had it sold at a price we were very happy with within two weeks.
Martin was great throughout, very friendly and professional and really knew his stuff.
I would recommend their service, and particularly Martin's to anyone.
Drivers were managing agents for our property for several years. Appalling service doesn't even begin to cover it.
The most glaring problem - Little to no communications. Emails largely go unreplied to and phone messages aren't followed up. Even then, trying to arrange for Drivers and Norris to sort out repairs is akin to attempting to recreate the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel with both your hands on fire.
Their shoulder-shrugging indifference to every issue, no matter how severe, will make your life miserable.
Do not sign up with these guys.

wish to write a review about the Coultons team. We have marketed our house with them for the past few months and we are in the final stages of sale. The whole experience has been fantastic. From the daunting process of having agents around to see the property, Gina arrived and blew all of the others out of the water with her knowledge, intellect, personality, energy and capability. We had heard good things about Coultons and the other agencies seemed lazy in comparison. Coultons market price was more accurate. It was the only local high street agency we would have gone to, in the end.
Once we agreed to go with Coultons, the admin side of things was crystal clear and easy to contract. Coultons good high street location and branding is I believe attractive to potential buyers. They paid for a professional photographer for the house shots and the photos are amazing.
The process for viewings is great and communication flows easily. It is a good tight team and they clearly work well together. Gina, Charlie and Paolo ensure you get a great service and they want to ensure you don't just snap up the first offer, they want you to get the right price and buyer for the property.
Most importantly of all we trust Coultons. Honesty and integrity is everything in business and they have plenty of integrity and honesty which is why I am sure their business will grow and grow.
I had a problem with my boiler, no hot water nor heating. I called out of hours as the office was closed and Rabina was very helpful and sorted out my problem within less than an hour. Great work, most reliable person at wentworth with my experience.
Appalling service from this agency! Been with this company since 2013 and this year has been the worse. Deduction for bogus works carried out without any of our knowledge or permission. Rent not paid on time most of this year, When hubby and I call for our rent as it’s delayed, each time we get told by this same man from their rent department that manager is unable to communicate with customers and I must speak to him. Most recently, I was told to “chill out” by this man when chasing our rent and behind on my mortgage. My hubby and I found this man to be extremely disrespectful, ignorant, rude and unprofessional in the way he speaks to us. Currently experiencing sleepless nights as mortgage not being paid because if this awful company. We do not feel valued by the service from this agency any longer at all and have given notice for our house back!!
