But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.

Rashid the Agent who showed me the flat (and about 50 other people!!) was courteous, provided lots of information and transparent about the quirks and what the landlord was looking for. After my offer was accepted - Dimension continued to keep strong communication and was patient with all of questions.

John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.

They remained positive when I was losing faith, they followed up when they said they would and got answers when needed. I would recommend them, they are confident, tenacious and good at what they do!!

From my initial enquiry, Carolina was very responsive and proactive, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process. She really listened to what I was looking for, gave helpful advice throughout, and was always quick to follow up.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly smooth, quick and efficient, and I’m so pleased to have ended up with a flat that feels exactly right for me. I only wish I’d found Carolina and the agency earlier in my search!<br><br>Would definitely recommend.

2nd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We userd a few estate agents over the past 2 years to find our forever home and have to say Daniel Frank have been far the best from the first point of call to book a viewing it was easy, efficient and very quick.<br><br>Meeting Frankie straight away we truestd him and his straight talking no bull honest, professional manner and advice.<br><br>After placing the offer and being excepted the process was made easy by Frankies constant communication.<br>This was so reassuring for us as we'd had previous let downs and bad experience.<br><br>We as a family would like to thank him and his team for making this happen for us and should we decide to move again will definitely go straight to Daniel Frank Estates.
2nd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Summary:<br>Presidential Estates were highly professional throughout, they achieved a higher sale price than I expected, and they supported me through a difficult situation due to the death of the property owner before contracts were exchanged.<br><br>I highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them again.<br><br>Many thanks to Matthew Sargeant and his colleagues.<br><br>First Impressions<br>As soon as I walked through the door to the office the vibe was friendly and welcoming, so I immediately felt comfortable.<br><br>I was selling my father's house to pay for his care home fees. I am very much a detail person, especially with important financial matters, and I strive to nail down any potential issues, ambiguities and possible risks. I know some people find this a challenge to deal with, but Matthew, who managed my sale, was patient and accommodating throughout.<br><br>When working through the sales contract, once Matthew understood my situation and the potential complications, he became proactive and made recommendations and provided advice which made the situation and choice of Estate Agent much easier for me.<br><br>Open Day<br>We agreed to have an Open Day, something I had not experienced before.<br><br>Jack, one of the Sales team members, hosted the Open Day. He came to the house to explain the process to me. We discussed the house background, and we agreed the key selling points.<br><br>I was not present for the Open Day, but he obviously did a great job as he secured several offers higher than I expected.<br><br>Complication<br>Having secured a buyer and with the sales process progressing, unfortunately, my father passed away before contracts were exchanged. This meant that the sale had to be delayed for several months while I applied for probate.<br><br>While this must have been frustrating for Matthew, he never once put pressure on me, and he successfully managed the buyer, despite the long delay, to ensure that the sale could restart as soon as probate was completed.<br><br>Communication<br>Throughout the process the communication was excellent. We used phone, Whatsapp and email, whichever was appropriate.<br><br>General communication was managed by Vesa, the Office Administrator, who was polite, friendly and professional throughout.<br><br>A Decision Well Made<br>Someone I know was also selling a property at the same time as me.<br><br>They told me of various problems they had with their estate agent and, as I had had no problems whatsoever, it made me doubly thankful I chose Presidential Estates.

Martine , Leah and Ellie handled every problem with ease in very exceptional circumstances and made sure I was informed at every stage.<br>They were there for every phone call or message. Very professional and I felt they spoke to me like I was a person not just a client.<br>Martine went above and beyond to help me in every aspect even after completion.<br>Best ever service I have ever received.
