1st Jun 2026 (29 days ago)I have just begun a new tenancy in a property of which Paramount were the letting agents. The whole process was handled extremely efficiently and smoothly, from showing me around the property to signing the tenancy agreement. I was dealing with Holly and Harry who have been exceptionally helpful. The communication between both of them and myself has been outstanding and they have kept me up to date continuously. They were even happy to communicate in the evenings, weekends and over a bank holiday. Most definitely the best letting agents I have ever dealt with.

Husnain at Elms is superb - as landlord I have reassurance that all matters are dealt with promptly and full confidence in him as rental and letting agent.

From the very beginning, Paul was incredibly kind, patient, and genuine. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything moved along without any of the typical stress that usually comes with moving.<br><br>We also want to give a special thanks to Diane, who was amazing in supporting us with maintenance and coordinating the change of a few furniture pieces. It really felt like the whole team cared about getting us settled comfortably into our new home. We’re so grateful for their help and highly recommend them!

I had quite a few viewings with them which were usually accompanied by someone from Aspire and they did manage to get an offer, but it was too low to accept. I did have to ask 3 times for them to take down the advertisement for my home before it was done, so communication between office staff could have been better, but was impressed with the marketing info that they prepared.

22nd Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Just moved into a lovely flat in Limehouse area and it is all thanks to Mesba from Butler and Stag.<br><br>From the beginning he was enthusiastic about helping us find a place and was always quick to respond with any query or worry we may have had. Professionalism was a 10/10.<br><br>If you’re looking for a reliable team to help you on your housing journey then I would definitely recommend this agency! I will certainly be returning to them if I ever need something else!

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

Caroline helped my sister and I get our new apartment in West London and we couldn’t be happier - a very smooth process, a user-friendly app for paperwork purposes and above all, a lovely lady who went above and beyond to guide us through the whole transaction. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Both Rose and Faz, the 2 Managing Directors, are personable, hands-on and very helpful throughout.<br><br>Hemmingfords was also my estate agents for the sales of my flat. I had many offers fall through in previous sales negotiations with other estate agents. Sam Ghadakchi, their Sales Director, was able to get an offer on the table very quickly, helped me choose a good solicitor and facilitated the entire process very smoothly.<br><br>I would highly recommend the Hemmingfords team. Great people and better real estate agents.

19th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit, completed the referencing and background checks, and was sent a draft tenancy agreement to sign. I was also contacted and informed that everything was fine and that the final contract would be sent shortly.<br><br>Based on these assurances, I gave notice to my current landlord to vacate my existing property.<br><br>After waiting for around two weeks, I unexpectedly received an email indicating that the property was still available. It appeared that the property continued to be marketed despite my holding deposit having been paid, the referencing process having been completed, and a draft contract having already been signed.<br><br>What was most concerning was the lack of communication. At no point was I proactively informed that there was an issue or that the tenancy might not proceed. Had I not received that email and followed up myself, I could have been left without confirmed accommodation after already serving notice on my current home.<br><br>This situation caused significant stress and uncertainty and could have had serious consequences. I would strongly advise future tenants not to give notice on their current property until they have a fully executed tenancy agreement and written confirmation that everything is finalised.
