23rd Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)A really good experience with Morton Napier From getting the flat ready to put on the market , getting the valuation correct , excellent images and information about the property on there website and Rightmove Getting 10 views in the first week of going on sale and selling above the valuation within 5 days. Would definitely recommend them

He covered all bases, was very kind and patient with us when we asked a million questions, and was so quick that we had moved within the month! The whole thing was super easy for us and very afforable. We're grateful for all his help, and will recommend Thorntons to everyone as a reliable and trustworthy firm, especially for first time buyers.

25th Apr 2019 (7 years ago)Went in to enquire about the area as a potential place to move to and the staff were about as much use as a chocolate teapot. Every question was met with an unhelpful response. Got the feeling she didn't want us to move there or she was incompetent at her job. Won't be back any time soon!!

As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.
