The agents (particularly Alexa) could not be more helpful and have assisted us with our move in and any problems that have arised swiftly. As students renting is never the easiest but Interlet have made our move a pleasant experience.

15th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)I was very happy with the service provided until recently. It has been 2 months after my rental contract official ended and I still don’t have my deposit back. I’ve spent hours and hours trying to reach them via email and phone calls and they don’t treat my request or my money very seriously.

24th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

Not only because of the professional attitude and successful track record but because there was a personal touch and an understanding of our family circumstances. This continued when we met the rest of sales team on a home visit and we were delighted that Hulya was our point of contact. Our flat sold promptly and for the top end of our valuation. Hulya also worked hard to find us the right property to purchase. Hulya was attentive to our wish list and ‘got us’ right away. She supported us brilliantly with our successful offer. With both our sale and purchase, Hulya always answered the phone, was proactive when needed and had a positive attitude. We highly recommend Sargeants.

16th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Appalling!! Called for a valuation on my two properties. Spoke to lettings director apparently, who didn’t speak English that well. She then got upset and hung up when I said can you repeat a few times. What a joke !
2nd Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)Stressful. Over optimistic re likely offers , poor advocate for us, appeared to be on buyers camp. Had to set deadlines in the end for the buyer and the agent . we pulled out when they failed to meet agreed deadline the third time after a reduced sale price was agreed. Our solicitor was mightily unimpressed. Then miraculously all went through swiftly after we pulled out.
5th Feb 2024 (11 mo. ago)I was approached by 4 estate agents and Aston Rowe impressed me most by giving the most realistic valuation of the property and by showing very clear local knowledge. More than that, I found Harry Hammonds a person I could do business with.
18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
13th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)We purchased and then later sold our house via R Whitley's and both times our experience has been outstanding with them. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and I felt that they always had our best interest in their mind. We especially appreciated their perseverance in selling our house that was happening in difficult market conditions, but they managed to get there at the end. They always followed up with people viewing the house and kept us updated on progress, even if there wasn't much to update on. I really wish all estate agents were like them and would thoroughly recommend them.

I’d like to mention the great service from my most recent property manager, Jordanna Peter. She was always professional, supportive, and maintained prompt and clear communication. Her attention to detail and quick responses helped make everything run smoothly. Additionally, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Chris Cooper since 2013. Chris always approached everything with a genuine, caring attitude that added a human touch to the viewings he professionally presented as a Letting Agent. I’m grateful for the good service provided by Jordanna, Chris, and the team. Last but not least, I’d like to acknowledge the great support and understanding from Will Pitt, especially during the challenges of Covid. They’ve made my rental experience smooth, and I would recommend Foxtons to anyone looking for reliable and attentive property management.
