I was searching for an apartment in Notting Hill and had to deal with lots of agents but the one who was genuine into helping me finding the best suited property was Jamie.
Very kind and polite, also he had to deal with all sort of unexpected problems which he managed in a true professional way.
Can't think of a better person to deal with finding the best property according to any of your personal requests. I recommend Jamie to anyone who's looking for a property in Notting Hill!
Good job mate! Keep it going!
Please make sure when using KARAN KUMAR to read your contracts and do not trust what this person is saying.
He lied to me about the break clause and same way lied to the landlady about the fact that I wanted break clause out??? In which planet does this happens?
Still considering legal actions agains KARAN KUMAR.
Worst agency in the UK.
We consulted five estate agents about selling our property. Jamie at KFH stood out as being the one who didn't just focus on selling the service but strongly advised us to get the house on the market ASAP, given that school holidays were swiftly approaching. We appreciated being given that advice. Although the valuation was lower than that recommended by the other agents, Jamie's pricing strategy proved to be sound. We had an offer within 24 hours and a second two days later. Harry took over with the sale process and phoned each week to check/update on progress. Our experience with KFH has been good throughout.
It's a shame I can't place a rating lower than a 1 as I have had a terrible experience with this Real-estate agency. I have been lied to I have been offended by its staff and I have entered a house that has had zero work done to its water, heating and several other general aspects that make a house habitable despite being told that 'its all been taken care of'. In all my years of living in different countries and different cultures I have never seen such laziness and lack of feeling towards tenants.
Oliver was our agent. He is committed. The first time, we bailed on him hours before the visit because the property didn’t seem right. But he listened to our needs and within days he called and said that there was a property that would meet our requirements. The rest is history. He walked with us every step of the way and was just as excited as we were about the move. I would highly recommend Oliver over and over again. Thanks Oliver.
Very happy with the service provided by Henriette and Gemma. The level of local knowledge and of my property was very impressive and facilitated the sale. When we encountered some problems they were quick to suggest workable solutions and their willingness to be proactive and their attention to detail was definitely a key factor in the eventual success of the transaction.
Alex helped me with the sell of my property, and I couldn't recommend him more highly. He really went above and beyond my expectations. His communication was timely and effective, and his commitment to help me finalising the sale was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend working with Alex! Big thank you!
Terrible experience, really the worst service you can receive. The language we were spoken to was absolutely unacceptable.
Reiss Stuart, who was our agent, was rude, unresponsive, gave us vague answers, kept changing the price, was uncomfortable and rude when we asked questions. We were given incorrect breakdowns of our costs. The issue that raised because of that was blamed on the tenants with emails using unacceptable language. This happened 2 days before the move in, causing a delay in the move in. Due to this one of the tenants had to stay in a hotel until we could move in as she has moved to London from America.
Long story short, the agency is terrible, I wouldn't recommend it, the service doesn't get better after you move in either. Every month so far we have been questioned by our landlord whether we have paid full rent (which we always have, on time as well) as he wasn't getting the full rent. Save yourself from the stress.
We had our first home rental adventure with James Anderson in uk.
Fozley has been very supportive of us from the beginning to the final stage.
We had no experience in renting a house in the UK. For this reason, we have had a lot of difficulty especially in terms of processes.
We have called Fozley many times in the same day and asked several questions. Every time we called, he answered with the same sincerity, patience and warmth. He didn't get tired of telling the same thing over and over. He is absolutely professional and loves his job.
We are very happy to have worked with him.
We thank Fozley again and wish him continued success.
"Ripping off optimized" is the opinion we ended with regarding James Anderson estate agents. We have rented in England for 11+ years, in and out of London. The one year spent in a flat managed by James Anderson was remarkably a worse experience. Hence this review.
Summarizing some highlights:
· About two days prior moving into the flat, James Anderson tried to change the agreed to terms of the tenancy and increase the rent! We were obviously vacating the previous place and had nowhere to go. It was extortion.
· The rented flat was in fifth floor of Deanhill court in East Sheen and accessed via a lift. The lift started breaking down frequently, which meant we had to use the service access stairs on a regular basis. These stairs are outside the building and was not safe for our kid. We asked to move out of flat before the end of the tenancy period. But James Anderson held us to the full term. We agree that was the contract. But our opinion that James Anderson could have been more considerate.
· When it came to advertising the flat at the end of our tenancy, they advertised using outdated photos (more than two years old) and information (e.g. claiming the oven used daily for a year as new). A James Anderson representative stated advertising with such outdated photos is not legal but a “grey” area.
· It took James Anderson more than seven weeks to return the undisputed amount of the tenancy deposit!
· Our opinion that James Anderson made unfair claims on the tenancy deposit. This lead to a disputed claim which was later handled via a dispute resolution service.
· The produced checkout inventory was clearly doctored. This was obvious as it contained photos taken at a much later date from the end of the tenancy!
Apart from comments stated as opinions, other statements above are in our email conversations with James Anderson and their advertisements.
Ripping off optimized - our conclusion about James Anderson estate agents.
Excellent customer service, Millie was very professional in dealing with our enquiry. Keeping us up to date and informed as to the progress of our prospective purchase.Viewings were arranged effortlessly and in a timely manner - thankyou.
We just purchased our first property with the help of Sarah and Damien. The KFH team were dealing with a very difficult vendor throughout the transaction with a lot of patience and professional attitude. If not for Sarah's witt, we would have never found the property in the first place. The team is dedicated and truly prioritises their clients needs. Well done them.
