11th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)KFH Chiswick were very helpful in getting the sale of my property completed. In particular, I would like to say that Craig Dougan was incredibly helpful. The sale process was quite long-winded but Craig never lost his patience, was very professional and always looked for ways that any issues could be resolved. I had to go into hospital for a bit but I knew that Craig would be looking after my interests and keeping me informed as necessary. Thank you very much indeed to KFH and Craig!

We had heard no end of horror stories about the London rental market - but our experience couldn't have been further from that with Horton and Garton! The wonderful Alliyah helped my parter and I find a great place (and move in! ) in a matter of weeks and the process was smooth from start to finish. Elliot Rainbow has sold properties for me during this time and always looked after my portfolio. He offer a Hand off experience so we are always rested with no worries! Just let our flats in Manderin Oriental residences and no other agent has yet to let any in there! Thanks EBI
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

He helped us find and buy a flat, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went down. First off, Mr. Hassan was just so easy to deal with. He really knew his stuff when it came to the local property scene, and he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, listened to our needs, and didn't try to push anything on us that wasn't right. Communication was top-notch with Mr. Hassan. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, answering our questions quickly and making sure we knew what was going on. It was really reassuring to have someone so reliable guiding us through the process. One thing I really appreciated about Mr. Hassan was his attention to detail. He made sure everything was sorted out smoothly, leaving no stone unturned. It made the whole buying process a breeze. Long story short, if you're in Greenford and in need of a great estate agent, I can't recommend Mr. Hassan at Perkins Estates enough. He's professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around nice guy to work with. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

One person in particular went above and beyond in many ways to help my partner and I land our dream flat. We owe Nicola a massive thank you. She cared to REALLY understand what we needed, communicated and negotiated on our behalf and made herself available on WhatsApp even in her own time, late in the evening. We have worked with many estate agents and Nicola is head and shoulders above each of them; persisting to leave both tenants and landlords heard and happy. Nicola is a credit to Foxtons and is what an estate agent should be.
26th Mar 2024 (25 days ago)We went to look for a flat and had the deal done and dusted in the day. Gabriella was excellent and I would really recommend her. After care was not good but London market is a bit poor for tenants on the whole so it's doable
