What a team! Selling inherited property as an executor struck me as something that would be both expensive and time consuming. We went with Tersons after the supposed local preferred estate agent tried to low-ball us on the price - Tersons listened. Their guru Simon D agreed to put the property on at a higher than normal price to judge the market, no pressure to go low, and after a while we dropped the price and a sale was agreed. We sold for £40k more than the supposed local experts. Nothing was too much bother, they showed the house professionally, they kept myself and the other executor in the loop on every viewing, being honest about feedback, we felt rest assured that they were on “Our side” and we would heartily recommend them in the future.
