29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.
22nd Aug 2026 (27 days ago)Me and my family have a had great experience selling our house with Wards estate agents Folkestone Romy and Ollie were very focused and professional and sold our house in under three weeks which we were absolutely delighted with From the very beginning we felt like we were in good hands and trusted them totally as our sole agent A big thank you to Mila and Charlie in the office for all their help too I would highly recommend this team Regards - Shaun and family

Sales progression is laughable, attention to detail is non existent. Avoid the stress, avoid this sleepy outpost!<br><br>Customer service and complaints process are a farce, so called "quality assurance director" refused to even discuss my complaint! It seems that it's perfectly acceptable for their estate agents to negligently misrepresent buyers position with total impunity. Bought and sold lots of properties and these are the worst I've ever used! Avoid, avoid, avoid!
