After 2 purchasers dropped out on the sale of my mothers house they maintained the energy necessary to take the sale over the line. Well done.

Gemma was very responsive to all of our questions (and there were many!) since we were unfamiliar with the home buying process. She anticipated our needs and preferences from the start, knew the inventory and the area, and walked us through the entire process with grace, patience, efficiency and good natured reassurance when we needed it. From the start, Gemma was a joy to work with and we highly recommend her.

(6 reviews)21st Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Rented a property through Jackson Howe and was made to feel unwelcome by the landlord and their family. Following this began to receive calls from JH suggesting and asking if I should leave early based on 'subsidence' in the property and my safety, subsidence was known at the start of the rental period and didn't noticeable change during the three months I stayed. After a matter of days I began to feel so uncomfortable that I asked to mutually end the lease agreement with the landlord after three months, when my minimum rent period was six months, to leave from the place that I stayed at. I am not sure if JH was working with the landlord to get me to move on or whether they were an unfortunate and unknowing part of the landlord (and landlords family) to get me out of the property. This experience has left a very unpleasant taste in my mouth.

They ignored my emails and would only deal with my ex. They changed the dates on Rightmove to make it look like it had not been on the market for long and reduced the price on my ex's instructions without any consultation with me to a price that was still far in excess of its value. They refused to deal with me and did not answer any of my emails asking for an update on the sale of the property.

We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons

Max has expertly negotiated the sale of our home and confidently navigated a tricky chain. The team at Hamptons were able to get us 4 offers within 3 weeks of going live - all proceed-able and one over asking price. Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!

They used technology to its full extent to showcase my home (drone and interior walkthrough) and for convenient communication. The whole team seemed engaged with the process, positive and smart. Highly recommend.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
