Outstanding professional yet personal service. This is the 1st property we’ve sold with F&C but the 3rd through Max.
We actively sought Max’s services as in the past with other agents, we’ve felt the agent ends up working for the Buyer. That was not the case with Max and the F&C team. They were able to strike the correct balance when managing all parties and showed great tenacity progressing the sale to exchange of contracts, knowing when to exhibit patience or when to really push.
We particularly appreciate the volume and quality of communication. They were proactive on the phones and email and took calls at all times during a working day.
If you’re selling in the area, use this team.
