Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!
14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

John supported us every step of the way - keeping us up to date and explaining what was happening. His knowledge of the whole process is brilliant, and his down-to-earth approach in an industry full of hype and jargon was very refreshing! I can highly recommend his services!!

The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

Vicky K was fantastic throughout the whole process—professional, supportive, and always kept me well informed. She made everything much less stressful and handled everything efficiently. I highly recommend their services

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .

5th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)AWFUL SERVICE. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Why anyone would list with this company is beyond me. They clearly dont act on behalf of their clients. I've called 20 times this week to arrange a viewing and never once answered.

The entire experience went smoothly and within a week I have received confirmation of the place! I am so greatful. Definitely a good place to start looking for a home. Thank you.

7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)Things started off great with Reside coming to value our property and to take pictures for the website. The agent was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the house and area having marketed the property previously. However, things went downhill after our first block of viewings. The lady that was supposed to be conducting the viewings was late. As it had been organised as an open house sort of viewing we had people turning up while we were stood waiting to set off to a viewing we had booked for ourselves. When she did finally turn up she knew absolutely nothing about the property or area and had clearly done no prep for the viewing. We then had the problem of lack of communication which was ongoing up until completion of the sale. Reside failed to tell us for 4 days that our buyers had actually withdrawn their offer, it was only because we got in touch with them that they decided to tell us. Luckily we managed to resolve this with our buyers and the sale went ahead, but had we not have got in touch who knows what would have happened. Buying and selling a house can be stressfull enough as it is, and unfortunately Reside did not help with this.
21st Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Very rubbish service,made an offer for the shop in the chesterfield,Patrick way and never had the response that the offer has been rejected by the landlord,when rang again they told me that the offer has been rejected and then I change my offer and still haven’t heard anything. So don’t recommend at all…

For some reason, she picked up the phone but didn't say 'Hello', and then pressed me for the full postcode of a property listed on Rightmove even though the agent hasn't listed it. She clearly struggled with English and simply fobbed me off. Woeful agents.

29th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have just finished the sale of our parents home and despite a few obstacles along the way and I must emphasise none were due to the Agent My Property Club pulled out all the stops to market and sell the house keeping us fully informed and up to date with sale progress and inquiries every step of the way which included weekly telephone updates .They were very proffesional and made the process a lot easier cant thank and praise them enough
