Getting everything through exchange was very challenging, with the onward chain (not managed by MP!) causing major delays that split our family apart for 2 months. Throughout the whole process, the Money Properties team, in particular Tracy, worked tirelessly to manage the process and get us into our home. Out of everyone we were dealing with, the MP team fought our corner harder than anyone (and we weren't even their clients!). They promptly came out to provide us with an honest professional valuation of our house and were quick to actively put it on the Market. Within 6 weeks we were sold! Liam was incredibly proactive throughout our entire move. He constantly chased things up to keep momentum going and kept us updated every step of the way. It was such a relief having someone who genuinely stayed ahead of the game and offered help before we even realised we needed it. At a time that can be very stressful Liam was on hand to reassure us and make the process go through more smoothly. Outstanding service, would highly recommend, Thank you Liam for helping us achieve our dream forever home
28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!
16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I have given you this review do to the state of the property that your renting out to my young grandson , here a a couple of photos of the work that’s needed , I do know what’s what as I have volunteered for the Cambridge city council for over 12 years + inspecting flats and houses and making sure that there homes are up to a decent standard , there is a policy that the council abide by , a decent homes policy which you don’t seam to have, I will await your response , a person should feel safe in there property , warm and Secure , which I Hasson to point out that if some one put a mind to braking in to his property, on kick of the front door or back would do .
