When it comes to choosing an estate agent, it is imperative that you select an agent that is capable of delivering all aspects of the sales process. Finding the buyer(s), managing the offer(s) and getting to a sales memorandum is only the start and in many cases the easy bit! Many property sales these days involve buyers conducting multiple surveys; building, electrical, gas, oil, solar, drains, sewage, water products eg pools, jacuzzi, wood burner/chimney, radon gas. The output from these surveys can be overwhelming for both the potential buyers and sellers. Fine&Country help manage the resulting back and forth enquiries both professionally and with care, ensuring both parties remain engaged and that sensible outcomes are achieved. Many other Agencies would leave this process entirely between the buyer and seller which could either dramatically increase the time to completion or worst case result in no sale.
