The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

24th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)The overall experience with Oakheart Sudbury has been exceptional, particularly thanks to Freddie who has been attentive, professional and incredibly understanding. During our buying and selling experiences, we have come across many estate agents who can be a little too pushy when trying to sell their services, we haven't experienced this at all with Oakheart or with Freddie. The service Freddie has provided has been unmatched and we honestly can't thank him enough for securing our sale.
