18th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.

16th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I have given you this review do to the state of the property that your renting out to my young grandson , here a a couple of photos of the work that’s needed , I do know what’s what as I have volunteered for the Cambridge city council for over 12 years + inspecting flats and houses and making sure that there homes are up to a decent standard , there is a policy that the council abide by , a decent homes policy which you don’t seam to have, I will await your response , a person should feel safe in there property , warm and Secure , which I Hasson to point out that if some one put a mind to braking in to his property, on kick of the front door or back would do .
