Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

From the outset, the service we received was exceptional. Adam visited our property with genuine interest and took the time to understand how we currently use the space and how we hope to use it in the future. His thoughtful suggestions opened our eyes to possibilities we hadn’t considered—creative yet cost?effective ideas that could give us the extra space we’ve been craving. What impressed us most was Adam’s honesty and depth of knowledge. He provided clear insight into the current market value as well as the property’s potential, even highlighting grants we might be eligible for. His advice helped us think far beyond our initial plan and gave us confidence in the decisions ahead. Hunters have proven themselves to be true experts in their field—professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in their clients. Adam, in particular, deserves recognition for helping us picture the full potential of our home and for giving us so much to consider. 20th Nov 2025 (19 days ago)I had an issue where they randomly cancelled my viewing, causing much inconvenience, but thankfully I was given a full apology, reimbursed the transport costs, and given a full video tour of the property I wanted to view. They're decent people and have done well to make up for the mistake.
5th Nov 2025 (5 weeks ago)Very disappointed with the service. Carla rude and unhelpful. I rented through them for five years and not once did they get around to sorting problems such as leaks. I ended up having to contact the landlord directly. Uncommunicative and poor service. Would not recommend or ever use them again.

I bought a buy to rent property through Venture and it was an excellent journey from starting to finish. Huge thanks to both sales teams and rent teams , I bought property from them and after that I put the property on rent, they assisted me to finding tenants, within a month I got tenants. First time I jumped in this business and I was totally blank and had no idea how to process. The team helped me in everything , they were helpful, informative and professional. Special thanks to Matthew and Grace for being in touch with all information I needed. Thanks again.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
26th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)2 viewings one offer £40000 below asking price which was set by agent as realistic then they said it was probably too high. Also I take offence to their Facebook posts that state everything they touch turns to sold! When clearly it does not.
