19th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.
8th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)All the staff at Haart Romford were very easy to get on with, knew their subject and helped to make the challenges of selling a property as easy as possible. They oversaw the selling process with ease and were always accessible.
5th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?
10th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)It was pleasure meeting Dylan on haart Dagenham. He explained everything from day 1 to the end of the process. We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. We were hoping that the process will take months but its was very smooth just because of Dylan. Many Thanks

Special thanks to Hansa who was always available and responsive to our concerns throught our tenure. These guys would be my first point of contact if ever I had to rent within the locality again.
8th May 2026 (19 weeks ago)The staff are extremely helpful and polite once in your home they treat it with respect and keep you informed every step of the way, The leader of the branch is Charlie King who leads by example and expects his team to match his enthusiasm,. After having my house listed with another agent for six weeks with very little action or communication. Charlie was sure he could sell my house in two weeks, but in all honesty it took them four days and that was because there was a bank holiday! The error I made was not using them as my first choice DO NOT make my error . use Balgores first.
7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!

Despite the difficulties and delays, Mahfuz remained supportive, approachable and committed to getting the transaction completed.<br><br>He was always available when I needed to discuss something, liaised with the relevant parties and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly during the more difficult stages of the transaction.<br><br>After such a long and stressful process, completing the sale was a huge relief, and I am genuinely thankful to Mahfuz for his persistence, professionalism and support throughout the journey.
