They have sent me letters emails & called me many times to try and get me to sell my house through them. I used Carter & Willow who now sold 3 properties for me with no problems at all. I highly recommend Carter & Willow. This company Douglas & Allen come across very desperate for business to which end they stalk you. I advise people to do there research before entertaining this company.

Especially our dealings with Tommy Bennett who was very knowledgeable about the current market and pitched our house price perfectly, securing an offer within 3 days of it being on the market. Thanks also to Heidi who dealt with some of my questions swiftly and efficiently. They always responded quickly and kept me totally up to date, and were always contactable and helpful. We are now in the process of moving to the legal part of house sale and it’s been a very smooth stress free experience so far.- 2nd Nov 2026 (2 days ago)Big thank you too Karen,lee ,libby ,roshan, gregg absolutely 100% service. Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his clients really shows.I’m extremely happy with my new home, and I’m grateful for the effort Charlie put in to make the purchase seamless. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient estate agent.
12th May 2026 (25 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!

15th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Disappointing Experience and Lack of Clear Communication<br>I am very disappointed with my experience with this estate agent.<br>When I agreed to proceed with the property purchase, the sellers clearly confirmed that they would move out on the completion date. The estate agent also confirmed this, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase.<br>Based on these assurances, I paid my solicitor for the property searches. Once the search results were received, I also booked and paid for a survey, committing further time and money to the process.<br>However, at this stage, the sellers suddenly informed us that their circumstances had changed and that they could no longer confirm when they would be able to move out. This was extremely frustrating, as the original arrangement had been clearly confirmed to us.<br>I contacted the estate agent hoping they would help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, leaving us in a very difficult and uncertain position.<br>I understand that circumstances can change, but when buyers are given clear assurances and make financial commitments based on them, I believe better communication, more careful handling, and greater support are essential.<br>Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I expected a much more professional approach and better support from the estate agent throughout the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage expectations and communicate with buyers in similar situations.

Helen is very professional and made a big difference in final stages of the sale. I had many more viewings compared to the agents I had previously dealt with, showing how hard she will work for you. I was kept fully informed at all times, and when Sophie was not available the Lux teamwork kicked in and there was always someone else to help.<br><br>I don't believe you'll find a more professional yet fun person to deal with than Sophie - I highly commend her work ethic and approach, which made what can be a stressful time feel straightforward and totally supportive. Who knew selling a house could be fun!<br><br>I would 100% recommend Lux.

We have just sold our flat and also bought our new house with them and Hannah has been so amazing throughout, always going above and beyond and even helping to entertain our 5 year old daughter at viewings! They have made a usually stressful process feel relatively stress free and we would definitely recommend them!

Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

They got high class staffs who communicates very well, coordinates end to end. The property they show are by far best compared to other agents. One staff assigned to us was Rose Rojda. She has excellent sales and negotiation skills. Very skilled and I guess she is in this field for a while. Good job Rose..

Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
