9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.

The communication and transparency throughout the process were excellent, and we always knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>After such a long and frustrating search, Foxtons made the experience seamless. We ran into some difficulties during the referencing process, but he worked tirelessly to help us through every step and kept us updated throughout. From the onset, they were attentive to our needs, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable of the area. Because they're still the new kids on the block, they've set themselves a very high standard and it shows in their professionalism and results.<br><br>They stepped us through the entire sales process and catered to our situation very well (we had moved overseas).<br><br>I can highly recommend them if you want to sell (or even buy!), we got a fantastic result, a week after the first call with Lampards we already had two offers, one of which was over-asking, and we got to contract exchange just over a month after that. Absolutely brilliant work by the guys!
