9th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Absolutely terrible estate agents from a tenants perspective. They ignore all your emails until your tenancy renewal is due, at which point you’ll be sure to receive an email demanding more money for the rent if you wish to stay. This will be the only time you can expect any replies from them and even then it’s an uphill battle. Be warned.

She was absolutely amazing from start to finish, always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out for us, keeping us informed and making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible.<br><br>Shereen was always there when we needed her, and her dedication and attention to detail really made a difference. A genuinely impressive, professional and personable young man who never tired of us…..he has an unusually excellent manner and got to really understand what we were looking for….he actually listened to us ! And, he never wasted our time. He maintained a warm, friendly and incredibly professional manner throughout the extremely long process and we couldn’t recommend him any higher….and we are not easy!!

8th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would select minus zero stars if that were an option.<br>My experience with this property and the people responsible for managing it was extremely disturbing. I experienced serious concerns regarding privacy, security, access to my accommodation, and the treatment of tenants. I also raised concerns about behaviour that I considered completely unacceptable, and I found the responses from those responsible deeply unsatisfactory.<br>I have personally encountered issues that left me feeling unsafe and unable to trust that my accommodation and belongings were being properly respected. I also have concerns about the way tenant information, mail and personal privacy were handled.<br>There were also serious disputes concerning the condition and management of the properties and the handling of deposits. I have retained documentation relating to my experiences and have reported matters to the appropriate authorities where I believed it was necessary.<br>What makes this particularly frustrating is the apparent lack of accountability. In my experience, complaints were not dealt with in a way that gave me any confidence that tenants' legitimate concerns were being taken seriously.<br>I strongly recommend that anyone considering renting through these people carries out extensive independent checks, gets everything in writing, documents the condition of the property, and keeps records of every interaction. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend them.<br>Do your due diligence before handing over money or personal information.

He immediately made us feel at ease and was always upfront and honest with us, without ever being pushy.<br><br>We had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Oliver was always happy to help. He knew what he knew, and if there was something he didn’t, he’d find out for us. He’s been incredibly proactive and has gone above and beyond what he needed to do to help us purchase our new home.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t recommend Oliver and Hossein highly enough. They’ve both been fantastic throughout.
