Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team. From the very first viewing right through to completion, he was so friendly, easy to talk to, and always there when we needed him. He kept us in the loop the whole way through and was always quick to come back to us if we had any questions, which made everything feel a lot less stressful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help things move along. Buying a house can be overwhelming, but Tom made it feel so much more manageable. He was always reassuring and just really good to deal with from start to finish. We’re really grateful for all the support from Tom and gth, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
