He’s also genuinely funny and easy to get along with, which makes the whole experience that much better. Couldn’t recommend Tom highly enough! They have a great team there, Kirsty, Richard to mention a few more and always enjoy popping my head in when I walk past.

Despite several challenges over many months, Tom remained positive and kept the dialogue going between us and our prospective buyer. His persistence and professionalism ultimately resulted in a successful sale which, at times, had seemed unlikely.<br>Many thanks to Tom and the team for seeing the sale through, and for helping me find my next home as well.

19th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)I've had consistently good experiences with CJ Hole Bishopston. Senior Sale Negotiator Liam has been a great help in particular. I've done several viewings with him now, and he has made a noticeable effort to understand my situation and property search criteria. He has a positive 'can do' attitude and works hard to sell houses. This included staying late to do an out-of-hours viewing to fit around my work schedule, and acting as a great 'middle man' between myself and a seller to try and agree a deal between us. I have not yet brought a house through them, but CJ Hole's proactive approach really stands out compared to other estate agents.

Vicky was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help the sale go through as smoothly as possible in a challenging situation.

24th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Ocean estate agents and especially Jack Evans, were really helpful with both of our viewings, answering all questions we had related to the characteristics of the apartments (Appliances, Energy ratings, Internet availability etc.)<br><br>I even had all the required guidance to complete the procedure as a first time renter in the UK.<br><br>Would recommend!

From the very beginning, he was so friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. Buying a house can be quite stressful and overwhelming at times, but Tyler always made me feel reassured and supported throughout the process.<br><br>She was always happy to answer my questions, kept me updated and went out of his way to help whenever I needed it. I really felt that he cared about helping me get into my new home, rather than it just being a job to him.<br><br>I’m really grateful for everything Tyler did to help make the whole experience smoother and less stressful. 22nd Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Hello everyone,l was tenant of your in Redland. l called your office around 3 o’clock today this afternoon. Gentlemen called Dan answered the call. I use to deal with Mandy last year the property manager she was very very good and professional. I had a problem with British Gas regarding the meter reading when l moved out of one your property last year. I understand that when you move to a property you get a reading for electricity or a photo of the meter. Anyway l asked Dan to check if you have a reading in the system since I moved out and someone else moved in. It’s a part of the inventory. Dan wasn’t willing to do anything! Every time l tried to explain to him what l need and all what he keep saying isn’t our property anymore and l do understand that but l asked him to check the records but and the answer was no we don’t have anything . I said to him he was very unuseful and unhelpful and l tied again to tell him British Gas try to charge me £1200 ! No attention to the details. I am not really sure why he answer the phone ! Than he hangs up!! I tried to call back but he wouldn’t answer. So so disappointed
