10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have purchased a flat with these estate agents, I arranged a viewing with luke, my son was unable to meet me at the property at the time, but I looked round asking questions etc, I found luke very pleasant and very helpful he made me feel comfortable in the property, I was quite interested but really wanted my son to view so luke went out of his way to accommodate another viewing for us, we wanted to put offer in and could only go to a maximum which was under the asking price, luke put my offer to the seller and managed to get the price I wanted, he was available through out to help me, after completion he called to say the keys were ready for me to collect.
When I arrived the staff were very polite and gave me a moving in card and a bottle of wine, and congratulations , very nice thank you, would totally recommend this estate agents .

19th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)My husband and I were relocating from the U.S. to the U.K. and had our sights set on the Rye area. Having no prior experience with the UK rental process, I was referred to Lydia Barnes at Reeds Rains by a local Airbnb host in Rye, and I’m so glad I was!
From my very first email inquiry through to signing our tenancy agreement, the entire Rye team was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain each step of the lettings process, making what could have been an overwhelming experience much easier to navigate from abroad.

Far from being a traumatic and worrying time it has gone smoothly and stress free . They have handled every stage professionaly and always been on hand to answer any queries. Nice to know some people actually answer the phone !!! The staff are all friendly and willing to help whatever the problem . Special thanks to Ben and his amazing team and to Ashley in Hastings. Highly recommend to anyone starting the process.

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.
