16th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I received the most appalling treatment by the man who was answering my calls to try and arrange a viewing one of this agency's rental properties.<br>For over the course of more than a week, I had to chase them repeatedly because I wasn't receiving any updates. One member of staff had previously told me the delay was because they were unable to reach the current tenant. However, when this man answered my calls, I was given a completely different explanation.<br><br>The most concerning part was the way I was spoken to. I had previously asked a simple question to ask about what the neighbours were like, which is a perfectly reasonable question when considering where to live. Instead of answering professionally or simply saying they couldn't comment, he sighed, even raised his voice, and told me it's an 'unusual request'. He also repeatedly mentioned a 'difficult neighbour' in the building, despite the fact this had nothing to do with the viewing as he was not living adjacent to the flat I was enquiring about, it was also unrelated to the questions I was asking.<br><br>Throughout the conversation I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing him to simply arrange a viewing. Other agencies have been professional and tried to help me, instead I received total disrespect and was shouted at over the phone. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and 0 respect towards customers. It's no wonder there are so many 1 star reviews saying how rude they are. Avoid.

We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons

Having moved the property away from another local agent, we needed a managing agent to find good-quality tenants and look after the property. They did, like it was their own! Moving a few years forward, this family owned company have been lovely to deal with and have really ensured they exceed our expectations. Not only have we dealt with their lettings department but also their sales team. The Binks Sales team were equally brilliant! They were very attentive, knowledgeable, supportive and really helped us get through the sale. We experienced a very tricky sales market and complicated chain. Thankfully they were with us every step of the way and have now completed. Great job and thank you again!

They gave us an accurate valuation and helped us secure a strong buyer and then helped us to navigate our way through an unsuccessful and then a successful purchase of a new home. Professional, knowledgeable and great communication.

He doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls, and doesn't respond to messages. I've been trying to rent an office on High Street for 3 months and he hasn't given me any feedback. I do not recommend his services. extremely disappointed with the service provided by this estate agency, particularly by Simon.<br><br>For the past three months, I have been trying to rent an office on High Street, but communication has been extremely poor throughout the process. Phone calls are rarely answered, voicemails are not returned, and messages often go unanswered.<br><br>What is most frustrating is the complete lack of feedback and transparency. As a prospective tenant, I expected at least basic communication and professional courtesy, but unfortunately this has not been my experience.<br><br>After waiting for months without any meaningful update, I can only conclude that the customer service provided has been well below the standard I would expect from a professional estate agency.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a responsive and reliable service.
