They don't care about repairs or any other issue you have with the property They use EVERY possible excuse to make YOU pay for things that you are not supposed to by using LIES. Especially when you leave the property they make sure they keep a BIG chunk of your deposit to refurbish the property on your expenses ???? Whether you are a landlord or a tenant: Avoid like the plague??
