Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. 5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Not a good experience liaising with the lettings dept.Rental clients always seem to be made to feel of little value and like cattle fodder despite some of our professions and social standing being way higher than the individuals we have to deal with to look for a home.

Donna has been amazing at liaising between us and the sellers and the whole experience has been completely stress free and that’s thanks to these guys! Could recommend enough!

There were two members of staff who were always happy to talk to you but some of the rest of the communication (or lack of) left this experience a negative one.- 12th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Very poor communication. Had to chase through the whole process. Unable to update re seller, seemed disinterested. Avoided calls, and mostly unprofessional. To add insult to injury, presented a final bill £1000 too much. No real apology, treated my brother and myself as annoying. Seeling my father's house, very stressful, and did not help with the pain of loosing him. Would not use again. Roger did step up to the mark at the end. Did not make up for many months of poor service.
14th Jul 2024 (13 days ago)Agreed asking house price having been listed a few days earlier. Darren/ Mark were not willing to arrange a viewing outside of the working day, which was extremely disappointing. The owners were out of the country and I am sure as an independent estate agency would have shown more flexibility. The house sale has been agreed with another buyer. Suffice to say will not be contacting them again. If interested in one of their properties, make sure YOU as the buyer can move heaven and earth to meet the estate agents needs and not the other way round.

18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased our first home with Philip Martin. All the staff were extremely helpful, informative and friendly, specially Aaron Davey. As first time buyers, we were totally clueless with the whole process but Aaron was always on hand to answer any queries and guide us! He was kind enough to help solve some hurdles along the road which made the whole process stress free for us! We will certainly be in touch with Aaron again when we come to sell our property to find our next home.
