Scummy company! House was full of damp and mould when I moved. They lied to me with fake pictures on site then once moved in the mould and damp was horrible. Heaters wasn't working so lived in cold home for months. Agents always passing buck and making excuses. Managers was a joke. The point when you become ill and doctor advises you to leave home to prevent getting further ill says it all! To take the mick more the scummy people working there stole my deposit and blamed me for damage yet I took photos of everything when I moved them and showed when I left but again they con you again and what they dont tell you is your money is locked up with another company and you have fight for your own money! Do not use this scum bags! I put my complaints in writing. I showed them my property and did nothing! I shall never forget the damage and pain and stress and misery you horrible scummy people did to me. I tell everyone about how you lot operate. I know you remember the name but people need to know how disgusted your company and those who work for it are! You never dared called me back when I left messages complaining! I will always remember the faces I dealt with and yet to this day no one high up got back to me. That's what cowards and scum bags do in life! The landlord I had was a joke! Its agency like this who effect us all as they push for you to bid and offer more money in rent. Everything you have heard of the news is true when dealing with this company! My time in cornwall was ruined because of them. Who would have thought returning back to stoke would be much better than living in cornwall especially with scum people in charge and yes my medical records have everything listed and i can get doctor to the damage I have on my chest even to this day! Love to see what you write back ... probably nothing as none of you dare to own up or face accountability! These people are no better than the post office scandal lot! Till I die I will never use them again! More people need speak up about what's really going on with these companies and not having their heads in the sands or walk about sleeping! Truth needs come out!

Would of been a no star ex staff, the letting agent manager is a bully in my opinion, the main thing I’d ask if I was a customer is are my keys kept safe and could I see please.. would be my main question to the office ???? I would never sell or rent or let my house though this branch !!! Due to the way it’s run and the way the managers treat staff ask how many staff they have gone though in a year ??

I have been waiting since June to buy and move into this property. I have had 3 phone calls in that time from the agent. Nothing is being done from my point of view to enhance the sale. I am now thinking of pulling out and finding another house, however not with this company, awful, not interested in buyers, no motivation, lack of professionalism, they have no idea.
What a bad company, do not buy from this company, all promises and no action.
It is now the 16th of November 2021, Xmas is almost here, I am now homeless because of the estate agents and solicitors.

We have had great communications and professional service from Darin and Zoe at the Your Move Camborne Office. As landlords of a property we needed to let out, they sought tenants for us and have kept us informed at every step of the process. The portal provided by Your Move is great, but the personal service and great contact has been suburb and invaluable.

I rang your move about a property for sale the same day it was listed. The receptionist took my name and number, but they never returned my call. So I sent an email through right move explaining that I was interested and in a position to buy, as our house had been sold. Still no reply. So my wife rang, again details taken by the receptionist but they failed to ring us back. So another email direct to your move, and finally managed to speak to the sales team, to find out the house has sold. But even now if look at the house it is still available on right move? So not only can they not be bothered to return calls or emails, they can't even be bothered to update the listing as sold. Waste of time and I'm so glad I didn't sell my house with them.

Liam was very quick to respond and helpful regarding any questions we had about the housing development. Rob the financial advisor has done so much for us including help to buy forms, sorting our mortgage, life insurance and buildings insurance. He has done this all so quickly and efficiently according to our budget, wants and needs as well as being extremely friendly and supportive throughout. Awful experience with renting my property. Landlord checks not carried out, rent consistently late but "nothing they can do" as there's "nothing in our contract about late payment", emails and phone calls go unanswered. I would run a mile from Your Move. Used to be great when at the Redruth office but since Lisa left and the office moved, it's been more of a burden than a help.
