They kept us in he cycle with constat and persistent communications by emails and calls back and forth between us the the seller. The whole process took about 7 weekscin total since we started the process(much faster than expected)

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.

21st Oct 2024 (8 weeks ago)I was thrilled to discover that Your Move still existed on the high street of Eltham after over 20yrs of dealing with them. This gave me the assurance i needed to engage them again. I walked in and introduced myself to Filipe and he listened to attentively to my needs and requirements. Such an amazing agent and team with attention to detail and ever willing to help out with advice, local contacts and any property related questions. Their rates are very acceptable, their local expertise is spot on and the sales process very transparent. Filipe was consistently in touch, pro active and always had a Plan B in place for me. I wish i could steal his contacts list, professionalism and calm demeanour! Overall, Your Move and Filipe come highly recommended.

A big call out to Samanta who was fantastic and always there for us, through endless viewings and there at the end of the phone if we needed her, her support, knowledge, advice and kindness was so remarkable and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Alan de Maid, Thank you all

The trials of tribulations of a long chain and properties totalling millions of £££, the legal process has been traumatic and extremely litigious! All that said it was Oliver and his team that have made it all so much more bearable! They are kind, patient, professional, extremely hardworking and during my darkest times they were there for me! They truly have gone above and beyond every single day. I am grateful and happily ensconced in my new home - thanks to them!
21st Sep 2024 (12 weeks ago)You might find many positive reviews from sellers, but I strongly advise first-time buyers to steer clear of this agency. When I viewed the property, I was assured it was in excellent condition, with the exception of the boiler being a bit old. However, as recommended to me, I still arranged for a independent survey. Due to an unexpected emergency, the survey was delayed by a week. This delay wouldn’t have affected the sale since the completion date was still a month away. Despite this, the agency contacted me, pressuring me to cancel the survey because the seller was growing impatient (a tactic that, in hindsight, seems manipulative). Unfortunately, I felt I had little choice, as the house I was renting was soon to be sold. It turned out that the house suffered from severe mould and damp issues - an information that was withhold from me during the viewing and that would have been revealed in the survey. Fixing these problems has already cost me several thousand pounds. I strongly discourage first-time buyers, especially my NHS colleagues who need to buy in this area for work, from using this agency. They simply cannot be trusted.

29th Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Selling a leasehold property can be daunting, and the process comes with many hurdles, but I’m glad we chose Black and Blanc as our estate agent. For starters, the way they present your property to the market is excellent, offering a very immersive experience. Once we found a buyer, the sale of my flat presented some challenges. Rhianna and, at the time, Ellie did an absolutely fantastic job—always following up with the buyer, conveyancers, and chasing up whoever needed to be chased. I cannot express enough my gratitude. If I had to sell another property, I would definitely appoint Black and Blanc again.

They marketed the property very well, took great photographs (even swept up the back yard!) and got a lot of viewings booked in on the opening weekend. More than anything they communicated with us well, replying to e-mails at all hours, and really pushed the solicitors on both sides to get the sale completed quickly. I would happily recommend them to anybody in the area.
