They kept us in he cycle with constat and persistent communications by emails and calls back and forth between us the the seller. The whole process took about 7 weekscin total since we started the process(much faster than expected)

Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. From first viewing to completion, they have been friendly and warm, they've listened to my needs and questions, and they've supported me throughout the entire process. Demi's swift response to all my emails was first class and she always took the trouble to check that I had another point of contact if she was on leave over the summer. I cannot thank you enough for showing me what would be my future home early in my house search, for remembering my interest and getting back to me about it, and for your care and communications throughout the conveyancing process.

21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I was thrilled to discover that Your Move still existed on the high street of Eltham after over 20yrs of dealing with them. This gave me the assurance i needed to engage them again. I walked in and introduced myself to Filipe and he listened to attentively to my needs and requirements. Such an amazing agent and team with attention to detail and ever willing to help out with advice, local contacts and any property related questions. Their rates are very acceptable, their local expertise is spot on and the sales process very transparent. Filipe was consistently in touch, pro active and always had a Plan B in place for me. I wish i could steal his contacts list, professionalism and calm demeanour! Overall, Your Move and Filipe come highly recommended.

A big call out to Samanta who was fantastic and always there for us, through endless viewings and there at the end of the phone if we needed her, her support, knowledge, advice and kindness was so remarkable and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Alan de Maid, Thank you all

I cannot recommend them enough and they somehow managed to make the whole process as smooth and less stressful as possible.

From the first time I got in touch with her to initially see a different property till the day we exchanged the contract, she was super proactive, quick in responses, checks on you for the next steps even before you ask her. She’s been so seamless in communication between me and the vendor and she’s chased all sides for me including my sales agent herself to ensure everything is lined up. Cannot recommend Kat enough to anyone considering any type of property transactions.

My elderly parents really got along with him and he was very professional and made us feel very comfortable when viewing these properties. Definitely great guy and Foxtons is very lucky to have him.

29th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Selling a leasehold property can be daunting, and the process comes with many hurdles, but I’m glad we chose Black and Blanc as our estate agent. For starters, the way they present your property to the market is excellent, offering a very immersive experience. Once we found a buyer, the sale of my flat presented some challenges. Rhianna and, at the time, Ellie did an absolutely fantastic job—always following up with the buyer, conveyancers, and chasing up whoever needed to be chased. I cannot express enough my gratitude. If I had to sell another property, I would definitely appoint Black and Blanc again.

He kept us informed throughout and got involved in prompting both our and the sellers solicitors when needed. He made the process a lot smoother and we had nearly weekly updates from him. When we sell in the future, we'll definitely be using G&H.
