Sam was so helpful with our house purchase; it wasn't the easiest, given we were first time buyers at the bottom of a long chain, but she was always available for questions, and always proactive in updating or informing us whenever things had changed. Sam was especially busy as the chain moved to exchange & completion, and had to go above and beyond to communicate & organise with solicitors and vendors along the chain, but she was always open and supportive during this time. Alan De Maid, and Sam in particular, ensured to do all they could in speeding our purchase along, whilst being supportive and informative.
