His friendly nature and his professionalism was outstanding and I cannot fault his dedication to myself and my husband. We were kept informed of any and every development and never made us feel we was over reacting when we was getting a bit impatient. I cannot put into words the gratitude felt towards Danny. He worked above and Beyond his duty to us. And I know for a fact he 'worked out of hours' and kept me in the loop with last minute information. If it wasn't for Danny we would of withdrew our duty bound contract and gone with another agent, but he assured us that Bairstow Eves is the one that can get us moved with the care we needed. and he was Right. Unfortunately Danny wasn't around when we handed our keys in to the Office the day we moved. but I will be back to thank him. I love my new house where I am now and its thanks to Danny and Sharon Hayward that I am now in the home I love. Sharon Hayward also kept me sane when the going got tough at the end of the sale. Her consistency back and forth to the solicitor and keeping myself and my husband 'in the loop' was 1st class and, like Danny, had every faith in her to get the job done. She calmed me on many occasions. her emails was prompt and never kept me waiting for replies. Her friendly nature and her consistency in getting her job done was highly appreciated to my husband and myself. her ability to keep me calm on 'them stressful days' was amazing and worked every time. how she could do this was a miracle sometimes but we always ended up laughing. I was fortunate enough to meet Sharon on that last day to handover keys. she greeted me with a hug and took time to sit and listen to me waffle on about the last 8 months of selling our house. So thank you Danny and Sharon and the rest of the team there at Collier Row.
