Since being with Acorn for the last 3 years, i have had nothing but trouble. From losing the keys on the way in, breaking the gas tap, to calling up every month for the rent, to paying for a check every 6 months but not getting one for almost 2 years, and then losing the keys AGAIN on the way out, i would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are a landlord, run. The other direction!

We contacted KFH after having our house on the market with another agent. After 12 weeks of no offers we moved it to KFH and received an accepted offer within 6 days. Emily and the rest of the team were so helpful and incredibly friendly. We only have good things to say about their service and would highly recommend. Our exchange was slightly stressful due to time constraints but Emily and the team really helped us through the process and kept all parties happy. Would highly recommend them!
Poor service from the branch manager, quite rude too. Shame as other staff were professional at least. I will return when management changes not before. A pity as KFH have several good branches in the Crystal Palace to Bromley region.
I've just sold my property through KFH at Chislehurst, and couldn’t have wished for a more determined, professional agent. Mark and his team never wavered from their conviction that we would find a buyer for our house, and did everything expected and more in-order to make it happen. Helpful, caring, determined and confident in their approach we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for a house move.
With our property, we've been given an opportunity to view it very early (even before an advert was put online) which finally resulted in an accepted offer after 7 months of being on the market. So the experience of working with KFH itself was good. However, the solicitors recommended by the agency (Beverley Morris & Co) were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and UNBELIEVABLY slow. Following that advice was a mistake.

I rang with the simple question of "Do you do probate valuations?" I could not get a straightforward answer. The employee, who had refrained from giving her name, wanted to know my property details, whether I intended selling through them, which road the property was in? On asking again "Do you do probate valuations?" I was still unable to get a straight forward reply. Wouldn't use them for anything after this. As if dealing with Probate isn't upsetting enough.
Jeffery dealt with every situation in a professional manner, answered any qualms we had and kept us in the loop in regards to the property.
Do not use the broker in this branch. After going through our payslips, bank statements etc... she said we could get a mortgage for £249,000. She took ages to do the Decision in Principle, then after a week came back with a figure of £205,000. How you can you get a figure that wrong. She was very nice but completely incompetent. In the meantime, I put in an offer on a flat and was devastated that I can no longer continue. Luckily another broker sorted out the mess and did a Aggrement in Principle in two minutes on the phone.
I understand quotes can go down but this was a massive decrease and a huge mess up from Mann. What a waste of time for us and also their own staff.
