From meeting Tamer Alici in the beginning to then dealing with Maev Moriarty-Smith who spent many hours getting us to exchange, we were happy with the whole process.

11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 28th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)KFH helped us with our house sale and Deana was excellent throughout: very responsive and proactive and always extremely helpful!

We never feel rushed during viewings and most importantly, he has such a bubbly personality and we never feel under pressure. Facts are given but the choice is ours..... We hope we find our property through his recommendation - that would be the icing on the cake ??????

She showed the house really well, unfortunately we couldn’t finalise the house because of some reasons, Daisy was very understanding and she has been helping me to find the perfect house. Holly has been so helpful in more ways than one and has been on the phone when I needed her and got everything sorted, thank you for all your help, I look forward to moving into this new property :)
