As a first time home buyer I found Winkworth extremely professional. Their help with the process of getting to exchange of contracts was invaluable. Thanks to the team, especially Nicola for all her hard work and patience.
The rental department is absolutely unprofessional and utter rubbish. The agent and I have arranged a day to view different flats in the morning. I have someone to look after my child because the agent told me he can't drive around to show me flats with a child in it as his insurance is not covered.
So the agent didn't turn up at the end without notifying me in advance and his colleague told me the viewings booked are not on the diary so they can't take me to view the properties because they have are 'short of staff' and 'busy'. I ended up wasted my time and money travelling and childcare because of this very rubbish and useless agent.
Very unorganised, unprofessional and irresponsible. Cannot imagine what kind of service I would receive if I rent through them.
I would recommend people avoiding it unless you want to wast your energy and time. Rent through some other agencies I'm sure you'll get much better service.
Dealing with Franck Rouget at KFH was truly amazing. His service was very professional and honest. I was constantly reassured and supported by him. Franck took over the viewings and kept me updated at all times. The team at KFH was very positive and supportive.
I would highly recommend Franck Rouget and KFH!!!
With our property, we've been given an opportunity to view it very early (even before an advert was put online) which finally resulted in an accepted offer after 7 months of being on the market. So the experience of working with KFH itself was good. However, the solicitors recommended by the agency (Beverley Morris & Co) were ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and UNBELIEVABLY slow. Following that advice was a mistake.
Village Estates have been entirely professional and helpful throughout. They have respected my tenants who are moving out and have been very courteous in finding new tenants. It is important to have a letting agent who respects both the landlord and tenants and deals with all parties with an even hand. Highly recommended.
Two weeks after our offer was accepted, Village Estates in Sidcup decided that the price wasn't good enough and faked a previous viewer to get us to pay £25000 more... Obviously we refused. They since have removed the original price from Rightmove and replaced it with the new price, no trace of a sale yet. This is one of the few estates agent that you want to avoid if you are buying !
I signed a couple of forms and left Robinson-Jackson to get on with it. A very professional helpful service from start to finish. The team kept me updated throughout the process.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.
After selling my property through Robinson Jackson (Plumstead Common Rd) I highly recommend them. They dealt with my sale with 5 star treatment from start to finish & Hazel & the others always kept me in the loop every step of the way!! If you are thinking of selling or renting your property in the area please give these guys a try!! You won’t be disappointed ????????
We had a very good experience very helpful very friendly keep us in the know all the time Happy we used them thank you so much
I wouldn't trust these guys at all. I got them to rent out my property but not only did they fail to place a rental payment into my account...making me miss a mortgage payment! Luckily, the bank was OK with it and allowed me to make the payment a few days after. I learnt after that the tenant had actually made the payment in time, it was Christopher Russell that failed to pass this on!
The last draw was charging me for the renewal of a rental contract that had not even happened. Our tenant had never been approached for renewal or signed any renewal contract. They kept the money though and to date still haven't returned it.
Needless to say, we decided to ditch them and deal directly with our tenant, who also didn't like them much either. It's a shame but totally lost trust in them.
