Between Daniel and Dominic I found the service was never lacking, someone was available 90% of the time for a call and if not I always received a call back. When I wanted to ask a question of the vendor I usually received an answer via Acorn within a matter of hours and they were helpful in explaining how certain aspects of buying a property worked, which for a first time buyer was very useful. All in all, great service

Since being with Acorn for the last 3 years, i have had nothing but trouble. From losing the keys on the way in, breaking the gas tap, to calling up every month for the rent, to paying for a check every 6 months but not getting one for almost 2 years, and then losing the keys AGAIN on the way out, i would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are a landlord, run. The other direction!
