Fantastic experience buying our first home with Chislehurst KFH. Deana was the agent managing our case and she was incredibly approachable and available for us. She liaised brilliantly and thoroughly with all the various parties (vendors, solicitors, management companies etc) and was always providing updates via phone or email. There were several issues with solicitors during our purchase (including one solicitor leaving the company with no notice) and Deana was excellent at helping us navigate through these difficulties. When he showed us around the house Kevin was pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable, allowing us time to explore the property. When we negotiated an offer he was fair and transparent - and in the lead up to exchange he has worked around the clock speaking to agents, home owners, buyers, solicitors etc to pull everything together for exchange and completion for the entire chain.
