We recently used KFH in Chislehurst to sell our 3 Bed House. They are a very professional team especially Deanna, Kate & Rae. Also, Susan the Manager, who was available when needed & was responsible for getting us to completion when buyers solicitor starting dragging their heels at the end. Once you step into this agent, your search is over. They are super professional and very caring at the same time. What I loved the most is the fact that they get very soon what you looking for and they will find the right place for you. My partner and myself have been assisted by Kate, which made everything super smooth. She is very professional and friendly and since the first time we met her, we felt very comfortable. I still remember the first day we went to the agent; was closing time, but she went extra mile accommodating us taking the our details.
She found the right place for us and when Kate called my partner, she said that I would have loved the place she found because she knew what I wanted...she was right! As soon as I stepped into the place we got, I said: “This is what I wanted”! She helped us with everything and we will never thank her enough. Thanks Kate!

My 2nd time dealing with KFH in 12 months to rent a flat in the area.

Megan Hickey Senior Lettings Negotiator made it her personal business to find me somewhere that I loved.

She spent hours with me at viewings both morning and evening and was always happy to spend time with me answering questions and even measured walls with me.Once she found me the perfect home she was again happy to help me she even helped me to move furniture.She never treated it as a business transaction more of a personal mission and understood how fussy I am and catered to my needs every chance she could.She really put her heart into it and made the move a lot less stressful as I was moving quickly and was initially upset when I had notice on my previous flat.

Nothing is too much trouble to her and she is a credit to the company.

Jason has been a massive help in quickly helping us find the perfect place for us to move to whilst negotiating a fair deal on our next rental property.

KFH pride themselves on their service, as seen on their website. "We put service at the heart of everything we do, as substantiated by our five star Google rating*." However this is only relevant to Landlords or Sellers. During our one year lease with them, including during COVID, they were rude, unhelpful, and only ever acted with the landlord in mind, not the tenant. From signing the lease, to ending it you will be tied up in legalities which only protect the landlord and not the tenant, and upon check out they will look for anything to try and reduce your deposit. Disappointing.

I used KFH to look at several flats to let in the Beckenham, Bromley and Penge area. Although I ended up going with a property with a different estate agent, Samuel at KFH was excellent at listening to my search criteria and finding me the right properties to view, and has a very welcoming and friendly manner in person.
