I have had an excellent experience dealing with Megan in Lettings at the Chislehurst Branch. Throughout my own time looking for a property Megan constantly kept in contact with me. She understands the balance of calling me and emailing me without bombarding me like your average agent. She listens to what you’re telling her and remembers what you want, so doesn’t send you unnecessary properties. So if she emailed me something, I knew it would be worth looking at. And if she called it was because she knew the property wouldn’t be around long. I have since found with Megan and I have to say I wouldn’t want to use another agent again. For as long as I am renting and living in Chislehurst she will be my first point of call. Thank you Megan for everything, KFH are very lucky to have you working for them.

I dealt with Megan when I was looking for a flat to rent in Chislehurst. She was very switched on and got the ball rolling quickly. We dealt with Megan when We were given notice by our landlord due to him selling the property.

I would recommend Rae Firminger from Chislehurst branch of KFH. Rae was a friendly absolutely genuine person. She made me feel very very comfortable and at ease. Rae conducted herself in a very professional manner, she spoke to you in easy and understanding way. Her knowledge and direct approach was refreshing, unlike the normal somewhat scripted talk of some estate agents. It made the whole house hunting experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Rae to anyone who may feel a bit apprehensive on joining the property market. I hope we can deal with her in the future.

We were very lucky to have Sam as our agent. We've been looking for a flat for over a month, so we have had a number of agencies and agents trying to help us but Sam was absolute best. It took one day from viewing the property to paying the deposit.
