After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!
2nd Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Thanks for reading- 20th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)They were always quick to deal with any questions I had, they had potential buyers very soon after advertising the property and had a purchaser lined up after 11 days, I’m sure no one could have done better than that in November.
25th Jul 2018 (7 years ago)Honestly, if I could lower the stars any further, I would. These guys are absolutely terrible. They threatened my tenants with harassment, told me the property wasn’t damaged when it was (they hadn’t been to see it). They then tried to rent it damaged (severely) for four months before they rented it. The new tenants then informed me durectly about the damage and I had to get it fixed. they then ripped me off upon exit of contract due to their breach Every tenant I had complained about their service and poor communication. It took a month to find out the tenants were having issues at some points. Do not go with these guys as you just get ripped off, lose rental return and end up managing it yourself regardless. I have since had to take them to court for the losses.

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.
