16th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Hunters were dealing with the property I was purchasing. Being the buyer I wasn't expecting much communication with Hunters throughout the process. However they made contact with me every step of the way to keep, they provided me updates from both solicitors, they advised me when documents were handed in. The level of communication ensured I was fully aware of where we were in the process, it really helped me feel involved and confident they were doing everything to keep the chain stress free as smooth. They were very friendly and professional. If I was to ever move again I would use Hunters as my agents.

They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

As first-time buyers who were completely new to the mortgage process, we honestly didn’t know where to begin but the team made everything so easy and stress-free for us. Right from the property search, they took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and guided us every step of the way. They didn’t just show us homes; they went above and beyond by helping us connect with trusted solicitors and mortgage advisers, which made the entire journey feel seamless and well-supported. What really stood out was their communication. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process with regular updates, which gave us great peace of mind. It’s not easy buying a home in a new country, but Rachel and Andrea made us feel completely at ease. They were incredibly patient, answering all our questions (and we had many!), and never once made us feel like a burden. 9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)I was impressed with the initial meeting with Colleen who valued the property. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

24th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)Very pleasant freindly visit when pictures were taken giving helpfull tips and exchanged knowlege for services needed. We than ran into difficulty when buyer pulled out this was all chased up by Kaitlan who is a really credit to the company. With her help we secured another buyer in days, she also kept me informed all the way through even messaging in her own time to update and pass on questions. I would use again and recomend others use selectiv. As i say cant thank kaitlan enough for her effort and work ethic a real credit A1 service.

Right from the off they were friendly accommodating and very supportive and clearly knew the market inside and out they always kept me Update with timescales. I received regular reports which kept me informed on how the sale was progressing.
