I have always been impressed with their high standards, attention to detail on any repairs that may have been required. We never have any issues getting through to them, always at the end of a call. Highly recommend them and all the staff are superb and give that personal touch

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!- 5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)always available to chat,always keep me up to date

24th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)We viewed a property on December 30 2025 and made an offer the same day. Although the office was closed , the manager rang me from home and we started the process.. Through out the whole journey Marian from the Stockton office was absolutely amazing. She kept in constant touch and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went over and beyond to help us. We shall never forget her professionalism and kind nature.

The accommodation was not properly cleaned or maintained, and the lack of proper locks on doors raised serious concerns about safety and security. Communication was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the overall standard of living conditions. I also found the tenancy notice requirements and additional charges stressful and unclear. Tenants deserve a clean, safe and secure home, along with transparent communication and professional service. I would advise anyone considering renting with this company to inspect the property carefully and get all terms in writing before signing.

I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents . I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents.
