23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid? Stating I earn half the salary I put down? They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above. MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family. To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor. Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that. Would advise people to stay away!

Behind the scenes Joanne was in constant communication with any updates on how proceedings were going. This is the third house dealing that we have used Roseberry Newhouse, two were for buying properties and the third was for selling a property. When we came to sell our flat, based on our buying experience, there was no need to look any further for a 5* estate agent than Roseberry Newhouse<br>Thank you again,<br><br>Phil & Sue

We live in Australia so harder selling a house in the UK from the other side of the world but Demi and the team worked hard to find us a buyer in a difficult market and made the whole experience stress free.<br>They also helped move the sale along and dealt with many of the queries in our absence. Couldn’t be happier with their efforts and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Within two days I received an offer of the full asking price. They worked together with my solicitor to ensure the sale went through smoothly without any hitches. All the staff were friendly and super helpful, I definitely recommend Ingleby Homes to anyone who is looking to sell their property,

4th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with GR Estates. First, there is no way to actually speak to them on the phone — when I called, a voice message specifically stated that you cannot call them directly and I had to leave a message instead. For an estate agency, that is ridiculous.<br><br>I was visiting Ormskirk from another part of the UK and only in the area for a few hours. While driving in the area, I spotted a property I was interested in, so I made the effort to drive to their branch in person. I was met by a saleswoman from their team, who was cold and frankly snooty. Every question I asked was met with a long-winded "no" and zero useful information.<br><br>I am a seasoned property investor, part of the largest property network in the UK and Europe, and I regularly buy houses. Through their unhelpfulness and her dismissive attitude, they have lost not just my business but business from my wider network. I will not be using GR Estates again, and based on my experience I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

We’ve had poor experiences with estate agents in the past but Paul was exceptionally good. He sat and explained everything thoroughly for an hour and a half on his first visit to the house and didn’t just race around rooms pretending to measure up. He seemed really invested. Most of all, he LISTENED to us and understood that we wanted a realistic price for a quick sale, and didn’t try to persuade us that we could achieve thousands more.<br>Paul’s marketing was excellent with professional looking photos and videos and good use of social media. He organised viewings back to back and secured interest almost immediately.<br>Paul sold our house for full asking price within 3 days of it hitting the market, and we couldn’t have been happier.<br>Communication was outstanding throughout, with a dedicated WhatsApp number which was answered by Paul very quickly. He even kindly passed messages on between ourselves and our buyers.<br>All in all we’d absolutely recommend Ewe Move if you’re thinking of selling your home. Especially if you want an honest, professional service rather than empty sales patter.
