Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support. Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!

11th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Avoid at all costs. Despite arranging a full professional end-of-tenancy clean, including carpets, and leaving the property in better condition than when we moved in, this agency is now claiming they had to carry out an additional clean and that we left the property in poor condition. We have invoices, photos, videos, and email correspondence with Ridgeway confirming the work completed, yet they are still attempting to withhold our deposit. We were reliable tenants — rent was always paid on time, we were flexible with contractor access, and we fully adhered to the tenancy agreement. It’s genuinely disappointing to be treated this way after being so cooperative. I would strongly advise avoiding this estate agent if you value honesty and fairness regarding your deposit.- 2nd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)Andrews. is a. good agency.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Hugo Moulton project managed redecoration and installing a new kitchen and so no worries for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend friendly, professional Moulton Haus to any buyer or seller.
3rd Mar 2020 (6 years ago)I was really pleased with the level of service I received from Chris. We initially had our property on with another agency in Banbury, and we didn't feel as though it was being pushed properly. We would get a different agent at every viewing, so they were never really able to get to know the quirks and selling points our property and the activity level was pretty low. After a few months we switched to F&C. Although it was more expensive, we chose Chris firstly because of his level of understanding of our type of home and the local area. Also, we were impressed with how proactive he was, even before we signed up. Not long into partnering, we were getting viewings left, right and centre. Chris managed to sell our house quickly and we were out of there within three weeks of accepting an offer! Very happy and would recommend!- This agent doesn't have any reviews
16th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.

Immediately upon meeting Carolina, I knew I made the right decision to go with Griffith Nobes. I was immediately put at ease and assured that they would be able to help me sell. From the professional photography to constant communication throughout, they made what could have been a nightmare process into an easy, stress free move. I have nothing but praise for how my house sale was handled and would absolutely recommend Griffith Nobes for anyone considering selling a property.
