We met many different mortgage advisor but he was one of the best of best I have met. He was very easy to access he explained each and everything in detailed. You ask and he is always there. 20th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….

27th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Avoid this estate agent. I used JS Estate Management under a fully managed agreement. I raised concerns about unauthorised occupation of my property and was assured there were no issues — yet documentary evidence showed the agent knew exactly who was occupying it. When I requested a payment trail showing how rent was handled, they refused to provide it. I raised formal complaints with The Property Ombudsman. Both were upheld and I received compensation on each occasion. Do not use this agent.

25th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I would like to sincerely thank Mahfuz for all his help and support throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>The property was on the market for over a year, and the sale unfortunately became a long and complicated process, including an earlier sale falling through. Despite the difficulties and delays, Mahfuz remained supportive, approachable and committed to getting the transaction completed.<br><br>He was always available when I needed to discuss something, liaised with the relevant parties and worked hard to keep things moving, particularly during the more difficult stages of the transaction.<br><br>After such a long and stressful process, completing the sale was a huge relief, and I am genuinely thankful to Mahfuz for his persistence, professionalism and support throughout the journey.
