8th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)One of the worst experience in letting properties.They are good on selling/buying properties,tricky and ignoring emails without response,lack of flexibility and not willing to communicate personnel at Abbey Wood branch!The handling of client funds in my situation has been particularly concerning.

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. K&O Estates were recommended by a friend and they honestly took all the stress away. They managed the full renovation at a competitive price, sorted all the certificates, and got everything done quickly. They also found a new tenant very fast, who already seems much better than the last. Would definitely recommend.
