This Agency is really bad! My partner and I went to view the flat in Abbey Wood and made an offer. we really love the flat and this was our number 1. Lisa the manager was our main contact told us a lot stories: "i cannot get hold of the landlord", "I left him voicemails and put a letter at his house", "maybe something happened to him", "he might be on holiday". 3 weeks later.. she came back "the landlord has reappeared". He wants to know about us!! Lisa has already all information about us... We again send us our information. 2 days later... she informed us that the landlord had bad experience with previous tenant who were black (not to mentioned my partner and I are black) and the landlord might wants to sell his property.. In the afternoon she called us to inform the landlord decided to go ahead to sell the property. We have been looking on property and noticed the flat was still on offer and one month and half later has been let!!!!! My sister called to make to arrange a viewing after Lisa told us all these stories and Lisa send her information and could arrange a view!!!
I had very good experience with Hi-Residential for the whole process of my purchase, good communication with Ben and he is very helpful.
Bias towards landlord! They don't care about tenants, faults in the house are not repaired and they try to blame tenants for them (rented a property which had rat and cockroach infestation and was damping with leakage through the ceiling - they blamed me for them). They do not care about tenants whatsoever as they try to spend as little as possible in actually repairing things in property and they receive their monthly commission from landlords. If you're lucky they might send someone to view it and that's usually after 6 months of constant emails -at the end of the day, nothing is fixed despite paying rent on time each month. I honestly would not recommend renting from them if you want a good standard of living. I'm certainly never renting property from them again.
After years of poor service elsewhere I am so pleased to have put my properties with these guys. Recommended.
My daughter viewed a property on Tuesday and that same evening rang to ask if she could make a holding deposit. Was informed the person dealing with this property was not there and they would be given the message. Nobody got back to her the following day Wednesday after making phone calls (again) to Redwood. Informed on Thursday by lady at Redwood that a holding deposit had been made by somebody else on Wednesday when my daughter clearly expressed a wish on Tuesday that she wanted to make a holding deposit. After speaking to the lady at Redwood about this she was totally indifferent to my daughters experience and not in the least bit interested, didn't even get an apology.
I signed a couple of forms and left Robinson-Jackson to get on with it. A very professional helpful service from start to finish. The team kept me updated throughout the process.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Helen was incredibly helpful in our search in the Abbey Wood area, I found her very knowledgeable and of good advice.
Charged me for engineer visit without obtaining vat receipt or invoice for the charges. I already had appliances insurance cover with clear instructions from me to contact the insurance in emergency. This was carried out by their rent desk agent named Donna who still work there.
I would have reported them to ombudsman if they didn't refund me.
