16th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Loved the little touches they made when marketing my property, adding flowers, plants, cushions, throws to make it looked lived in, as property was empty. Sadly my property didn’t sell in the 16 weeks they had it, even when reduced, think it was probably over valued. Have now changed agents, not really as yet noticed a difference, think they are all much of a muchness, it just seems the fees differ! Even though they didn’t sell my property, I would say they are no different to other agents, think the market is slow at the moment.
24th Apr 2025 (1 day ago)The agent and staff were very friendly and proactive. They provided regular updates and responded quickly to any queries I had. Their sales progressor has already been in touch now that I've accepted an offer.

Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set her apart. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about finding the right rental, I highly recommend Lorraine!
21st Feb 2025 (9 weeks ago)AVOID!! I had to pay £320 because they are unreliable. I was wrong to trust these as my estate agents. Recently locked myself out of my flat and travelled to the Your Move Abbey Wood Branch to collect the spares. Not only did they not give me a full set of keys (so I had to buzz other peoples flats to let me in the front door) but the key they gave me didn’t work. Had to make a total of 23 calls and wait for an hour sat outside my flat for them to tell me that I was apparently liable to pay for a locksmith to come and change the locks AND had the audacity to say that I had to give them a spare key once the locks were changed. After I got back into my flat I checked the keys for the old lock next to eachother and they were completely different meaning they never had a key that even fit the old lock and clearly hadn’t checked before I moved in. Awful experience and won’t be trusting them for the rest of my tenancy.

1st Mar 2025 (8 weeks ago)Overall, a positive experience. The viewings were good, i don’t think they pushed for the most money, but I didn't ask them too so not really a negative. I do think the post sale service needs a lot of work though - I am the one pushing everything along, and chasing the agent and both solicitors, and more could be done to be more pro active. But the sales process was good overall.- 9th Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)Today I had the pleasure of meeting the Sales Negotiator Liam Binks. Liam is a professional character, prompt and knowledgable in his role. He re-confirmed my viewing today, punctual on appointment timing and went above and beyond to ensure any queries I had were either answered there and then or directed to where I can obtain the answer. Great experience compared to other competitors in the area.

I felt they really looked after both me and my landlord in terms of our tenancy. It’s hard to find agencies that really care and I simply can’t recommend these guys enough!
14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)5 years on and I used Mark again to find a tenant and he and the team delivered again! They were brilliant again and found me yet another fantastic tenant! I cannot recommend this team enough. Mark has exceptionally good judgment and people skills and he seems to always under promise and over deliver. He is incredibly easy to work with, respectful of both landlords and tenants, listens to your needs, then goes out and finds super tenants. They whole team pulled together to make it happen and I cannot thank them enough. This is another review I wrote 5 years ago and it is still standing: I was in fact not planning on ever using David Evans as I find their shop window displays a bit old fashioned, but when I invited Mark along to get a third quote when I was having my house valued, he made me change my mind as he seemed such a nice and decent person. So when I decided to let the house instead of selling it, he was my first choice. Even though his rental price suggestion wasn't the highest, my priority is to have long term trouble free tenants, so I went with him. He listened carefully to my brief and took his time to find the right tenant and came up trumps. He found me a brilliant set of tenants! Mark is a thoroughly decent person who works as hard for you as he would for himself. He prioritises giving excellent service and building long term relationships with people, and that is fairly rare in this business. I have been buying, selling and letting for 25 years now and Mark is the best person in the business I have ever dealt with. Thoroughly trustworthy and highly recommended!

However JDM were very consistent and always did their best to help me sell my first property and walk me through the process step by step. The agents were great to deal with, kept me updated throughout pre and post sale. I definitely recommend working with JDM if you need to sell your property in London!

18th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)I cannot recommend wisdom estates enough, we had the pleasure of meeting Matt Ferrari who went above and beyond to get us our dream home. He kept us updated and he couldn’t accommodate us enough with viewings of the house that we had purchased. I’m surprised he didn’t start Charging me petrol money the amount of times I wanted to pop back to the new home but it was never too much trouble and if Matt could manage it he would. I only wish Matt Ferrari was selling our home as he was efficient, polite , and extremely on the ball with everything. If your buying or selling your house I couldn’t recommend wisdom estate Sidcup enough. And if you’re lucky enough to have Matt as your estate agent you will not be disappointed. Thanks for everything you did for us Matt we really are forever greatful.

They marketed the property very well, took great photographs (even swept up the back yard!) and got a lot of viewings booked in on the opening weekend. More than anything they communicated with us well, replying to e-mails at all hours, and really pushed the solicitors on both sides to get the sale completed quickly. I would happily recommend them to anybody in the area.
