We recently used Suzanne at Milne Moser for independent legal advice in relation to personal guarantees for a property purchase, and the service was excellent from start to finish. A special mention also goes to Jill and the front desk team, who were extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout.

Richard and his assistant were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to show me and my team a property we were genuinely interested in renting or buying. Their reason was that we hadn’t yet obtained a change of use — which makes no sense, as any reasonable business would only consider that after viewing and deciding whether the property is suitable. The attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Carigiet Cowen to anyone looking for a helpful or proactive commercial agent.

They have managed the major upgrade, which has not been easy with an old cottage, pulling all the trades together for the new phase as a holiday let. Special thanks go to Sue and Felicity for all their incredible hard work, parcel pick up and so much more! We look forward to working with Amy at Dales and Lakes Getaways, visiting Sedbergh again ourselves, popping in to Cobble to catch up! Lovely friendly people in a beautiful little town. Thank you.
